Absolutely horrible billing department. A few months ago I got a bill from collections for $11,000. I called them and demanded them to take it off and run it through my insurance. I never got a call back and then just now I got a bill from a different company for collections for the same amount .

I've been to various offices at this clinic and overall I've received very good service. They're also usually on time with appointments, which is great for those with busy schedules.

Doctor Hunt is the best. My daughter was sick for over 4 months and saw 4 other doctors. Hunt was the only one who got her better!

Prevea runs a predatory finance department geared to take advantage of people in hard times. They kept accepting my insurance and charging me a co-pay for numerous visits and all the while the insurance wasn't covering anything. For months they said nothing.... just kept taking a 50 dollar co-pay. My therapist was great. However, Prevea doesn't seem to care about the mental health care as much seeing as how they always to seem to cram us into little rooms hardly bigger than a closet and the air is stuffing and hot.
