very friendly nurse staff and doctors, always asking questions and responding well to your concerns. Just don't like one person at the front desk, but that doesn't mean I don't like anything here. I laughed when I was told by that front desk person to book an appointment an year in advance in a tone that I didn't like, as if I don't get to find care elsewhere, I don't have any other complaints.

Today was the last straw with this place....Three of my daughters are seen here, or at least they were...I showed up for my daughter's 1 pm apt today which the clinic robo called three times yesterday to confirm - only to be told that "I'm sorry you must have not got the letter we sent stating your daughter can not be seen because of tardiness" I responded that we haven't been tardy except once when the other receptionist filled out our apt card with a 230 pm apt and marked it in computer as 2 pm. my daughter has a persistent cough which we have seen doctor for 3 times and Dr Cohen has yet to treat her for. Absolutely ridiculous place.

I really wanted to like Oak Creek Pediatrics, but I just couldn't. Too many staff members are clearly less than thrilled to be there. Front desk staff treats you like a child in trouble, when you don't schedule an appointment months in advance. I mean, I've called for well child checks and have had to wait a month in a half to get in. Either they do this to "punish" you, or there giving me a hint that they're taking on too many patients, so I found a new clinic. Most of the MA's that give the vaccines are great, but there is 1 lady in particular that I just cringe from every time she walks in the room. Very cold demeanor, and I get it, you give shots all day, but that doesn't mean you can't AT LEAST talk to my son while he's screaming from getting it. I mean, a simple, you're doing great buddy, would go a long way. It's a very "by the book" office. If your viewpoint differs, it's not the most welcomed thing. I'm so thankful another clinic opened up down the road with pediatricians.

Dr. Jereb is fabulous. He always takes his time to ask how my kids are doing. He explains everything thoroughly. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else except to Dr. Jereb.

We visited here for urgent care for our 1 year old son while we were visiting from Colorado. The front desk staff, nurses, doctor, everyone was very friendly and we were so lucky to get treatment here.

I love the experiences we have had with Dr Fee. She has been a wonderful Dr for my kids. I have had difficulty with the front staff - they speak down to you if you don't schedule appointments 6 months in advance. It makes me wonder why they don't have a system that prompts them to call patients when they open a new block of appointments to get them scheduled as opposed to scolding them when they didn't know the process.

Wonderful facility! We are in the medical field and have searched long for a place with heart to take care of our children’s medical needs..& we just found it. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. Dr Ogren was very warm and welcoming with great staff to back him up. Knowing we have great care and emergency care for our kids which falls from Teen to Pre-teen and then infant, is super ensuring!

The doctors are great, the nurses are great, the office is very kid friendly. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the front desk staff and a couple nurses always seem upset and don't want to be there. I've taken the kids there many times now and never had a happy front desk person. One in particular scowls the whole time and gets upset when I ask for Monday appointments. Calling in can be a pain to when you have to talk to the front desk. Other wise the clinic is great. The doctors really take their time and the nurses are understanding.

Dr. Jereb saved my Grandson's life by diagnosing a Kidney disorder that no other Dr. or ER did. He had to have surgery which was also done by a amazing Pediatric Urologist name Dr. Krueger who is presently the Head of the Pediatric Urology Department in Childrens Hospital (Milwaukee/Wauwatosa). Oak Creek Pediatrics is the best Pediatric Clinic and Dr. Jereb's warm caring bedside manner is just the frosting on the cake of his ability to diagnose and treat his patients in a thorough and confidential manner.

I love this place but recently they wont stop hounding me to schedule a check up for my daughter. Once I didn't answer they started calling other family members. The reason I didnt call back is because THE LAST TIME I WAS IN THE DR WE SAW SAID DONT WORRY ABOUT IT" that we have been in twice and she's healthy. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes. When I just called to make the appointment and told this to the woman she said its impossible because I wouldnt have been able to schedule because I was there a year ago. I KNOW THIS. thats why when I was in A MONTH AGO I asked if I should make it and once again she said no, dont worry about it. Maybe instead of hounding me and calling family members like its a life or death situation they should all get on the same page. Now it looks like I'm not doing my job as a mother when I had specifically asked if I needed to schedule it!!!
