Never have I felt untreated and under cared for by Beth goetzman VERY rude...never took time to hear any of my female issues...never sat down to talk to me...came in and told me she's not refillin my medication I have been on for over 30 years as a family friend just had same medication filled days before...after all the years of goin theRE....NEVER AGAIN

My nurse practitioner, Linda Bahde, is excellent . She listened to all my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. Very good experience. I would also like to say their cancer care center is excellent. I spent a lot of time there with a close relative and their doctors, chemo nurses, and radiology departments were knowledgable, caring, compassionate, and made that trying time a lot less stressful and they were very helpful.

The Bellin website showed that their doctors took Medicare Advantage but said nothing about standard (traditional) medicare. Called the Marinette office where the person there said they were specifically instructed not to answer that question. Since Medicare Advantage is usually associated with HMOs I asked if Bellin was an HMO. I was not given an answer to that question either and the person I was talking to wouldn't transfer the call to someone else. Bellin probably provides good medical care but for me it was just easier to call Aurora. Aurora answered my question & set up an doctor's appointment for later that same week.

Their staff does not seem to be trained on how to utilize there Epic EHR solution properly. Providers at Bellin spend more time looking at computers than interacting with patients. Moreover, there is a continual breakdown in coordination of care with Bellin. This has happened with numerous family members and we almost all go elsewhere now.
