I've been here for myself and my 4yr old son. Both times the Dr just seemed lazy and tells you to check with the primary physician, not very personable at all. With my son it seemed like they didn't know how to make kids feel comfortable, the nurse was just rushing my son to chug down this nasty med. I only go there because of the lack of options. But the desk ppl have always been nice.

I have been going yo aurora since it opened everyone is friendly the doctors are willing to listen and try to help solve the problems not not fix it with medicine

I typically see Linda Ahrens at Aurora. She is fantastic. I called to get on with her. I was having a lot of pain. She is alway suck a good listener. She sent me for an X-ray, then went one step further and got me into physical therapy. I saw Holly, she was also amazing. Linda and Holly could not figure it out. I was referred to a a orthopedic not only did I get referred but they both called me to the following day to see who I was doing. Thank you to the both of you for all your help.

The service here is horrible and the medical staff is deficit and lazy. My youngest son had an ingrown toenail, the doctor refused to send him to a podiatrist, but instead told us to soak it in the Epsom salt daily (that's it). I had to take my son to the hospital to get the ingrown toenail removed and antibiotics because it was infected.

Last night about 5:30 pm, I decided to clean my ears with q-tips after a shower. I ended up totally deaf. Very scary feeling. I ended up going to urgent care still not being able to hear at 7 a.m. this morning. All of the staff members we're very personal and understanding to my needs. Thank you. I can hear again. Note to myself. NEVER USE Q-TIPS TO CLEAN MY EARS AGAIN.
