Absolutely horrible experience dealing with the West Mason Street location! Beware of their billing practices and the bills you will most likely receive if you visit this inferior location (x-ray equipment not located within the clinic like the east side location). We were only there for an office visit that referred us to an x-ray in the same facility. We then went down to x-ray and were done within minutes and then received a $300 bill that was billed as hospital outpatient and not part of the office visit! Never again will I bring my children to this location!!!

I usually am not the person to see a doctor, unless it's to the point where it effects my everyday life. I was having back pain all week, and every day it kept getting worse. By Thursday, I was not able to stand up without crying and missed work. I decided to go in, though I do not have health insurance, and they did absolutely nothing aside from asking me questions on whether I was sexually active or not. They took a blood test and a urine test, and they prescribed me a muscle relaxer. I was surprised that they never actually looked at my back at all. My bill came in the mail, and it was so much more than expected. I also got another bill in the mail today for $40 for my blood and urine sample. If I would have known I'd be charged for that too, I would have said no. I never ever leave bad reviews on places, but this really was a bad experience for me overall.

I've only seen one dr and he was great but they charge you almost 200$ visits and 60$ just to measure your eye... not worth it in today's economy

Don't come here. Especially if you have Insomnia. They will see you in the urgent care but they won't do anything. Exactly the same words. Pathetic facility.

I went in because my foot was sore and red so they took an x-ray of my foot told me it was broken which it wasn’t I was there maybe a half hour at the most and I got a bill for $247 not so bad two weeks later I got a bill for $500 more to read the x-ray are you kidding me because I had no insurance ridiculous I won’t go back there. I have bad circulation cop that cost me over $700
