Such a nice place. The staff is by far the best I have seen yet. My daughter had a piece of metal left in her mouth from a previous dentist and the staff here were the ones that found it. They went out of there way to make sure my daughter was okay and you could tell they truly cared. You are treated like you’re their own family when you are there. They are very honest and don’t sugar coat anything, but that’s what saved my child’s teeth. I am forever greatful for this dentistry and all of the people there.

My son needed multiple extractions so he needed surgery so I made the appointment they told me to call 24 hours before surgery date mind u have live in greenbrier county so I was traveling quite a ways to take him there I called 48 hours before I was staying in a hotel so I had already spent alot of money traveling to Charleston so I call and they tell me they gave his surgery spot to someone else I was furious if ur child needs a careing dentist go somewhere else becuz of the surgery set back my son went from needing 4 extractions to needing 7 because I wanted 4months for his appointment then that got canceled so I had to find another dentist and wait another 3 months for that appointment u can not depend on these people and the staff is very rude

Pleased with the Dental care, but not the office staff. My car is in the shop. I called today to re-schedule my daughters appointment for tomorrow. I was told that I could re-schedule, but it would count as a broken appointment without 24 hours notice. 20 hours advance notice should suffice when an urgent situation arises.

My daughter missed 2 appointments and they dismissed her she is 5 and was sick with a fever both times but that's ok I would rather her be with an office that won't judge you because you keep your child home when she is sick rather than take her out make her illness sick or get other children sick

This is the first time seeing this dentist I was not impressed.. I was told that my kids need a lot more dental work.. An was setup 10 more appt my children have never missed a dentist appt since there were 3 years old.. So I got a second opinion on the dental work that they were requesting to have done and was told by a different dentist that none of the work needed to be done they were just out to Bill my insurance.. so in closing I would not recommend this thing is for anyone if you have really good dental insurance they're just out to Bill your insurance and they not worried about your children's teeth...
