You can never get an appointment when you need one. Even if you call in first thing in the morning which forces us to repeatedly take our children to urgent care and spend way more than we should with the insurance coverage we have. I never received calls about important lab work and the staff repeatedly messed up our insurance information so we had trouble with our bills. Onw of the nurses working with our children (while very nice) smelled heavily of cigarette smoke

Can never see the same Dr. Was rescheduled 3 times. Avoid!

We drive an hour just to see Dr. Troischt. We now have a pediatrician in our area, and we see her for small things, but we still go to Dr. Troischt for major things or yearly check-ups. I have always felt the staff was great and very helpful. When I had questions when my girls were newborn, I got calls back quickly, and I knew I could talk to a doctor on call with urgent questions any time of day. Well worth our drive to Cheat Lake Physicians!!!

Dr. Taylor Troischt is the best! He doesn't rush you and does a great job informing you and address your concerns. He also has a very balanced approach to children's medicine. I wouldn't take my two son's to anyone else.
