They have little to no concern for the time of their patients. They're more concerned about ensuring that the docs and residents in their clinic remain booked throughout the day. So expect a lengthy wait even when you show up for your appointment ahead of time, as they request. Docs are very competent and staff is friendly. Residents are hit and miss. Request to see a doc only.

This place for pediatrics is amazing, I would recommend them to everyone! They have an amazing, knowledgeable staff and such amazing doctors! My son has a fear of doctors, but when he knows he's going to see Dr. Basnell he gets so excited and he's 4 years old.

I was treated for a cataract, and the surgeon that treated me was efficient. However, I discovered from a friend after my cataract surgery there were different types of lenses to choose from for people like me with astigmatism. During my postoperative office visit, I asked the surgeon if my new lense was astigmatic, and was told no..I asked why and the doctor said, “it is more expensive and insurance may not cover it.” I would have preferred to have made that choice about my eyes for myself.

I was extremely satisfied with the thorough care I received with Dr.N at the eye institute.Although. it was a long way to go for my appts.treatments, surgeries and follow ups, I would fully recommend this office or hospital for anyone wanting superior care.From the front desk to the technicians, everyo e was friendly and knowlwdgeable and made me feel comfortable during a very stressful time in my life.

I applaud this place for their dedication to eye health. It is a big institute that caters to a lot of eye conditions. They saved my left eye, so always grateful.

The place is way to busy be prepared to wait. I was called back fairly quickly but than stuck in a room with the Doctor in and out. I explained what my issue was he took a look dilated my and disappeared for about 45 minutes. They bounce back and forth between patients. RIDICULOUS! I finally had to pop my head out and tell one of the doctors I couldnt wait any longer and needed to leave. The doctor came back with his supervisor to confirm my issue which I still dont understand, was given coupons for OTC medicine and to come back in a week. Still not sure if I want to set up an appointment so I can just sit there in a room...
