We switched to this practice a few years ago. For our family it was the best decision we ever made. We always receive courteous care with no hassle. Calls into the office for questions or, for an appointment is made with ease. Our practitioner makes sure both patient and parent are comfortable. As a mother, I know we can be difficult when our child is ill or in pain. They are kind and patient, even when we need a good shaking.

Had a bit of confusion with our insurance and our copay, but as far as doctors go Dr. Mumbauer has been fanstastic. Three of my girlfriends take their kiddos here and they love it as well.

This office is wonderful. The reception staff is always pleasant and things are very organized. The 5 stars is primarily for Dr. Robertson. She is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! As new parents we couldn't be happier to have a supportive doctor that isn't pushy or demeaning. We always leave the office feeling so great about things and thoroughly enjoy seeing her. I hope she never leaves!

1.0 star rating Very difficult to get anything done through this office, even a simple task like reschedulung an appointment means at least a 10 minute holding time. A live doctor will never return your call to address your concerns nor are they able to make a correct diagnosis. Just about the only thing the pediatricians there are able to do is give vaccines and record weights---if you need anything extra, they are completely incapable---doctors and staff get overwhelmed, diagnoses get missed, so i suggest seeking help elsewhere. Totally incapable office on multiple levels--secretaries, administration and physicians.

We LOVE Valley Pediatrics! The front desk staff are so polite, caring and helpful. The nurses have all been super sweet and the Doctors all take their time to explain things. Dr. Mumbauer is beyond patient with us, even with our tons of questions! We have have never felt rushed and I would not trust anyone else with my son's care.
