Horrible, they all must really hate their job. I wish Front Royal had more options for pediatric care, because I feel trapped. The doctors seem knowledgeable, however the office staff have poor customer service and I called and left multiple messages for a nurse to call be back as I was VERY concerned about my son and did not receive one phone call until after his appointment, so I had 6 hours of waiting with no advice for my sick child. Not to mention when you go for your scheduled appointment you will wait at least 1 hour.

The front desk reception area feels dirty. The receptionists are lacking in personality. The nurse/medical assistant staff do not engage with the children in order to ease their fears. They do not seem to have patience, yet expect it of us when we wait 48 minutes (in a tiny room with an anxious and energetic toddler) to see the doctor. That is unacceptable for adults let alone a child! This is not the first time this has happened either. Dr Dunn is very persistent about the flu vaccine which I will never give myself or my children, then makes it seem I am deliberately harming my children by not giving it to them. Then to wait an additional 15 minutes for the other necessary vaccines made me feel I was being punished somehow for the above refusal. We will not be returning.

I have been to this practice now several times. My child is mainly seen by Dr. Allen. I love her. She is very soft spoken and polite and is very gentle with my 17 month old. I have seen Dr. Christoph on one occasion, but have never seen Dr. Dunn. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Great bunch of peolple to deal with.

First time meeting Dr. O was nothing but amazing.. She gave us answers 1st visit, and made my son feel comfortable.. I love the fact that she does not sugar coat anything, upfront and honest..

Continually send the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. This occurs frequently enough to make a comment about it. When I need it to go to Walmart, don't send it to CVS. Thank you.

Staff were cordial and knowledgeable however I felt like I was a number being pushed through a large system. I was asked to sign an electronic pad consenting to treatment and their HIPAA/privacy practices without having read nor provided any reading material. Because I asked for it they printed a copy. I was having a bothersome mole checked on my daughter's neck. I was told that it looked fine but because we "said" it was an irritant they referred us to a dermatologist. I wish they would have saved my time by just referring us over the phone. Now I have a two month wait time to see the dermatologist. What good is insurance if you can't get seen in a timely fashion? #brokenhealthcare

My daughter sees Dr. Allen and she is awesome! Very kind, attentive, and seems to genuinely care. I never felt rushed and have never had to wait long before being seen. I'm sure that all depends on the time that you go, as I normally go first thing in the morning. All-in-all I recommend this place.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kristof. HE IS AMAZING! He is patient, caring and never makes me feel like I am asking stupid questions. I am a first time mom and I tend to have lots of questions when we see him for checkups and he patiently listens and answers ALL of them. He gives us as much time as we need with him and has never made me feel stupid for asking questions that he has probably answered 10,000 times. He is always very reassuring and makes sure to tell us what a good job we are doing with our daughter. I wish he saw adults because he would absolutely be my Doctor. As well, every time I have called the afterhours nurse line they have called back within 10 minutes and the office always follows up within a couple days. I have never had to wait for an appointment - if I call because our daughter is sick she is seen within two hours of calling. I haven't waited longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room and the girls at the front desk know us by name. GREAT PRACTICE!!!! Again - cannot say enough good things!
