Once xrays were done and I was shown what was happening to my gums and bones my 1st tooth was pulled. I felt nothing and it happened so.fast there wasn't time to feel it. I had two crowns done today after a root canal earlier on the same teeth. The office staff was very nice a professional with me. They remember me when I come in which feels nice. Dr Labritz is very kind and conversational. She remembers me and my family. I like that it generates a good warm community feeling. Today she paid great attention to detail even taking pictures so that the company making my crowns could make them the right color. That impressed me as I was worried due to the fact that the crowns were on front teeth. She really did a nice job with the temporary crowns they look beautiful. I am very happy with Sorriso they always do a nice job from the staff to the doctors. They really seem to care.

From the minute you walk into the clinic you feel as though you’re in a spa setting. All the staff are professional and courteous and go out of their way to provide for your comfort. The dental exam chair literally has a massage function! Dr. Labritz has a steady hand and a delicate touch. She has earned a patient for life in me. I experienced world class dentistry from a homegrown dentist!

Courtney, who works the front desk, is very warm and professional. They have an option for text reminders and the front desk communicates with you in a very quick manner answering all questions. This is modern and with someone like me who works 8-5 during most office hours this is a life saver for me. Dr. Labritz does amazing work, made me feel comfortable and educated me with what she was about to do. Once they were running behind, which does not happen often, and they gave me a percentage off my bill for the wait, even when it was barley noticeable and I did not complain. Very trustworthy company truly passionate about their work.

I have been going there for a long time and I am always happy with their services. They make sure that you're comfortable and don't feel any pain. I've had my crowns for a while and no issues whatsoever. Also like their text notification system, works great when I cannot answer my phone. Their front desk people know me by name and always very accomodating AND they offer early morning hours. Great all around.

I have used this office since 1999 and loved my experience. Today when I was told I needed to leave the room when my 14 year old was having 2 fillings worked on I was very upset and not happy nor was my child. I was told this was due to new osha guidelines based on things with ways is what dr Tariq told me. I know this is not accurate as I have sat in a separate office with my 88 year old grandmother. Not to mention for 14 years I have sat in a chair with my child while in the dentist office and never been concerned. Today when I was called back in the room my child appeared to have a bleeding lip. When I talked to my son he complained about dr Tariq pushing on his teeth and it hurting and also that when she numbed him it hurt him extremely bad. The bedside manner is not what it was when Dr Frum owned this practice and I am now looking to find a new dentist due to not feeling comfortable in a office I have raised my children in

Ghost Cavities?? I recently made an appointment and went to Sorriso Dental, and initially there were no problems at all with my visit. The hygienist was nice and did a good job cleaning my teeth, but then they decided to take x rays of my teeth to scan for cavities. No issues there, right? Well they come back and tell me that I have 11 cavities! I thought I was going to lose my whole mouth! Nevertheless, two weeks later, curious about the state of my mouth, I go to another dentist here in Morgantown. They seat me, take my x rays again, and they come back to tell me that I only have 2 cavities. My only conclusion is that Sorriso Dental must of captured ghosts in my x rays, thereby making my teeth look like I had cavities. Now that I have rid the ghosts of my mouth, hopefully I can forget about the other 9 "cavities", that came with my Sorriso Dental experience. Either way, I wont be going back there again.

My experience with dr labritz was a great one! I had been a patient of her fathers until he retired and I moved to Pittsburgh. A few years ago a Pgh dentist attempted to repair a small chip in my front tooth, the drill slipped and she seared half my tooth off, I was devastated as she attempted to repair the tooth, it NEVER looked the same and my confidence and smile were definitely affected, In just one visit dr labritz repaired my front tooth as well as the tooth beside it and I now have MY SMILE BACK! Also the dental hygienist was great, I found the entire staff to be completely knowledgable and “on top of their game”..I would highly recommend Sorriso dental and even though I am 90 min away from their office I am seriously considering becoming a regular patient!
