I was impressed with Dr. Raza and his nurse. Less so with office staff. I tried to log onto my personal portal and learned I was to be given a user name by the practice, which I was not. Called the office and was told staff person was out and would call me next business day. No call followed. Later I received a bill for the entire balance of the visit. My Medicare and supplemental insurance had never been billed. Had to call customer service number to provide all insurance details which were given to office staff at my visit.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Vivian! She has made my doctor visits worthwhile and truly cares about her patients. I've been having health issues for a long while and been to many doctors, but she has made me feel more confident than any doctor I've been too. Him and his nurses have been very prompt in returning my phone calls, seeing me when I need to be seen, and helping to resolve any prescription issues.
