I can't say my son had a good experience he's 15mnths old and he wasn't in there 10 minutes That being said he didn't take the time to try and make my little boy comfortable before 3people holding him down to look in his mouth I feel like he's quick do he don't have to deal with the reaction of a child being reluctant to the dentist.he had no conversation with him before hand to gain his trust my opinion he has no business dealing with small children this is why we chose a pediatric dentist to avoid this I can promise you we won't be back if your child is younger and has never been don't start here

Very friendly staff. Also very quick. My 2 yr old had an appointment yesterday and we were in and out within 15-20 minutes. Also they are quick to get in and get the job done and I love that bc my son gets scared and cries and fights so I have to hold him down. The quicker the better so I really appreciate that they do what they gotta do and get it over with quickly. My son has only been twice but both times were quick and overall I'm a very satisfied mommy! We will continue to see Dr. Don Skaff and when my baby girl gets her teeth she will be added to the patient list! Thank you Dr. Skaff we appreciate all you do!

If you take your children here make sure there is no emergency to where you are unable to call in and cancel an appointment. This includes court issues, hospitalizations, and death of an immediate family member. After speaking with family I have been made aware I was not the only one this has happened to. I understand policies are in place but if a legitimate emergency arises do not expect your situation to be reconsidered. I spoke with someone in the office, who at first, was not going to ask Dr. Skaff review our situation. After agreeing, the only thing that was taken down was my number and my child's name. No further information was requested that could have aided the review of my case. Dr. Skaff's brother, as well as several other family members, are all in the medical profession. I would avoid this family at all costs because he is not the first Dr. Skaff I have had an issue arise with.

Dr. Don had such a great bedside manner and put my son's anxiety about the visit at ease. He had a fantastic experience. And the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. In this fast pace paced world, it's becoming rare to find a Dr.'s office who will explain procedures. My daughter had fillings done. The wait was not very long at all. I'd definitely recommend Kanawha City Pediatric Dentistry.
