Got my name wrong constantly. HollY not Holli. Told me that my retainers would be ready before school started as I had expressed concern about that multiple times. They weren't ready until about two weeks after school. Then expected me to drive back to Charleston, 3+hrs, and skip classes to go pick them up. When we discussed mailing them to me I was told I had to come in because the last time they saw me was February but the first time I ever went it was July. Basically super unorganized. But supporting staff is very nice.

I need to clarify that this appointment was for my husband, Roy Bailey, he has truly been impressed. He has told me several times about how well he was treated from the initial front office throughout the entire dentist visit. He said they were very knowledgeable and explained everything that the dentist was doing. Roy has found a dentist that he is sure will help him retain his teeth for the rest of his life.
