I have been seeing Dr. Patton for about 12 years. I have never had a bad experience with him or anyone in his office. I saw him in Charleston for most of that time and he delivered my 3 children. I have since started going to the Beckley office and they are amazing as well.

Best place in beckley however u do not see the doc much mostly PAS They do everything at the one site bloodwork, ultrasounds, ect.

Dr. Patton and his staff have been caring for me for several years at their Charleston location. I was thrilled when I learned he was opening an office in Beckley! I will continue to see him and his P.A.'s for my needs and I know I can count on them for excellent professional, quality care.

I decided to give this place a try, since they were so many good reviews. I arrived 20 mins early (as directed) . They were staff behind the desk , when I walked in. It took over an hour for me to get called to the window to fill out paperwork , give insurance ect. Mind you wiithin that hour, I got up twice to ask where the restroom was ( no one there ) .. Everybody that walked in after me ( about 5 patients ) got called back before me ; After I gave all my information/ paperwork ect. So after 2 1/2 , I finally got what I went for, & out the door. They were supposed to call in my prescription of Antibiotics to my pharmacy @ 2:30 . Went to pick it up @ 5, and they never sent it to the pharmacy .... It didn't shock me one bit, after my office visit.. I will NEVER go back here, and don't recommend anyone else to.
