We have been going here for several years, Dr. Lizzie has been my daughter's only dentist. I think it speaks volumes that my little girl is excited about going to the dentist, she had to have two fillings today and was giggling during the procedure. There was ZERO fear, for her, or me as a parent. The staff are amazing, the office is inviting, fun and beyond clean. I highly recommend Creative Pediatric Dentistry to everyone I know.

My 3yo and 1yo use this dentist. My 3yo is very outgoing and friendly. My 1yo hates everyone. This dentist hasn't changed that. However, the staff is really patient and friendly. Even though my son hated the cleaning, he wasn't totally scarred by the experience. I'm sure he wouldn't mind going again. My daughter looks forward to every visit. I just saw where I started a review but didn't post it. I'm going to update with this: My kids are now 4yo and 3yo. The 4yo still loves this dentist. My 3yo actually sat through his cleaning today. We had a moment where his gag reflex was getting the best of him but all in all he did pretty well. Which is amazing to me. The staff is so friendly and professional. My only complaint is, in their entire time at a pediatric dentistry (18 years give or take) you're only allowed 2 missed appointments. My youngest randomly wakes up sick and I have several medical conditions. Who knows when I'll have to cancel. I highly recommend Creative Dentistry.

Such a great place for children. Very colorful, very clean, and all the workers are super nice and professional. There’s a playroom for the kids to play in while waiting. They have TVs on the ceilings and a prize area to grab prizes when leaving. We were in and out In less than 20 mins for a cleaning. My 3 year old and 5 year old love this place

My son had a very bad experience with his first dentist and became so scared that he would have an anxiety attack if I tried to take him. As a mom I felt helpless because I knew my son needed a dentist but I felt like I was torturing him. When we met Dr. Lizzie and her staff he was a little nervous but he warmed up to them quickly. They were all so sweet and understanding and Dr. Lizzie knew just how to interact with him on his level. They atmosphere is great.. so bright and colorful. Today was our first visit. My toddler has cerebral palsy and I wasn't sure how the appointment was going to go. Ashley and Kelli at the front desk were super friendly and extremely helpful! They make the check in process quick and painless. The playroom had a bunch of fun toys and a kids movie was playing on the television in the lobby. They worked with my daughter's apprehension of her first cleaning and made alterations to her exam based on how my daughter reacted. Dr. Lizzie is super friendly and easy to talk to. My toddler loved getting a token to use in the in-office vending machine! This is an amazing facility and staff, that made my daughter's first appointment a success!

My 3 year old had his first dental appointment with Dr Lizzie. I was worried because he screams at the doctors office and won't even let them touch him. But to my surprise her staff made him feel calm and did amazing he was happy when he left and had a great visit with the "tooth fairies" he even got a reward for no cavities and now reminds me to floss his teeth because he wants to show the tooth fairy how clean his teeth are!

I took both my children (almost two and almost four) for their first ever dentist appointment. We were all nervous! The atmosphere of the office is so inviting and so child centered, the kids immediately made themselves at home. Kelly was at the reception desk and got us situated and the techs did a great job with the cleaning - especially Emily coaxing my very reluctant toddler to open her mouth! MY older child had to get x-rays and was distressed at having another step added but the team came together and was able to help him through it without him feeling forced. Great first experience. We will definitely be sticking with Dr. O'Dell as our family dentist!

Dr Lizzie and her staff are absolutely amazing. They show care and compassion to every patient. My daughter is 8 and my son is 3 and they enjoy going to the dentist. I took my son yesterday to get two cavities filled at Creative Pediatric Dentistry. The assistant, Aileen, and Dr. Lizzie were very accommodating and kept my son at ease the entire time. As a result, my son sat through the fillings effortlessly and comfortably. Dr. Lizzie explained every step to him and showed him all the tools. She made the entire process simple and easy for both my son and I. Dr. Lizzie has a sweet, very kid friendly demeanor about her and makes it easy for children to warm up to her. The office is very kid friendly. The décor is colorful, toys are provided for the children to play with in the waiting room, TVs are mounted on the ceilings above the patient chairs and the kids even get stickers and a toy when they leave. We have been very happy with our experiences at Creative Pediatric Denistry!

Dr. O’Dell is the best. So patient and kind. We pass up about 15 dentist offices on the way to see her, and have no regrets. When you walk in you're greeted by the nicest staff, and the most colorful decor! The kids get to wear sunglasses and watch TV while they clean their teeth to keep their mind off what the doctor/hygienist is doing. My kids love getting the coin at the end to pick their prize! This is the best children’s dentistry in the state. My son needed to have a few loose teeth pulled and was terrified to get it done. Absolutely love this place and my daughter does too! We have tried other dentists in our area before finding this and let's just say things didn't go well. They are great with my daughter, they comfort her, reward her for good dental hygiene, and are so caring and patient. Kendra always does a great job with her and my daughter looks forward to seeing her and the other staff there! I wouldn't recommend anyone else for Children's Dentistry! They have TV's in the waiting room and in the ceiling, a play area in the waiting room, and a prize area (If you do a great job you get a token and if you have no cavities you get to pick an envelope from the no cavities wall; which has cards in them that tells you how many more tokens you can get and you use the tokens to pick out your reward items). Dr. ODell is wonderful! She takes time with your child and answers any questions you have. As a parent with a child that was once afraid of going to the dentist and made the mistake of first taking her child to a dentist that didn't specialize in pediatric dentistry, PLEASE make the best choice of taking your children to Creative Dentistry! It will be a much better experience for you and your child! Thank you Creative Dentistry for making what was once a nightmare for my child and I a wonderful experience!

I have been taking my daughter here for the last year/year and a half. I absolutely LOVE the modern and clean waiting room that's bright and full of cool toys, games, TV's and books for the kids to check out. But we never wait longer than 5 mins. to be seen. Everyone there, from the receptionists to dental hygienists, assistants and dentist herself are SO.GENUINELY.NICE and CARING. We had the hygienist (I think that's what their titles are, I hope) named Kendra and she was just so sweet, patient and thorough with my 6 yr. old. Then Dr. Lizzie O' Dell, the dentist, is always smiling and so very helpful. Harlow is never scared of anything they need to do because of them. They make you feel like you're not just an number and are great with the kids. When the kids are done with their very thorough appts., they get little prizes/stickers, etc. My girl just loves going to the dentist now because of this place and the ppl who work there! I would *highly* recommend it to anyone with children!!!

My 20 month old had her first ever dentist appointment today! Kelli at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. My daughter was drawn to her immediately and they played blocks together until it was time for her appointment. I knew the exam would be rough & it was. She has never been fond of anyone checking in her mouth. She screamed and wouldn't let them do much, but the dental assistant (Emily) didn't skip a beat, didn't get aggravated, and stayed positive the whole time. Dr. Lizzie was very knowledgeable, sweet, and super understanding. (& gorgeous!) The whole office is very well put together & stylish. I was recommended by someone who said they were the best pediatric dentistry in the state and I would say they were right! I'm glad we found them! 10/10.

It is kid friendly and very inviting. My son is normally afraid of dentist but here, he feels at home. Not afraid at all. The receptionist are spectacullar specially Kelli. They are very time efficient. The waiting area is very colorful and the dentistry is right across the Hurricane park. So after your dental apointment you can stop in the park in your way home. Very nice place. 10 stars ;-)

Ashley and Kelli up front were great working with me over the phone to get my paperwork done online, answering questions and getting us checked in. My son was very scared for his first visit and Dr. Lizzie and staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and not make him feel bad for being so upset!
