Absolutely No privacy! HIPPA doesn't seems to matter at Ca center. Ns asks personal health questions for all to hear. Treatment areas are open and everyone looks at everyone. it's very intrusive!!! Phone calls are not returned even regarding appointment changes, etc. I don't care for this place at all! Nurses are pleasant and helpful though.

They just never seem to have it together here. My x-rays are never faxed to their own imaging center, my blood test are very hard to get the results from and the wait to find out if your blood test are ok is lengthy. This center started pretty strong, but has become very slouchy on their service to their patients. I was told there is supposed to be an American Cancer center built here in W.v. I will not hesitate to transfer if it is so.

I think that this hospital really has compassion for their patients. I'm so grateful they made this center. The old one that was connected to the hospital was so depressing even though the employees tried to lighten the mood. This center is a complete 180° of that. No longer seems like a deep dark dungeon. There's TONS of light! Bright colors, tranquility and comfort when you walk through those doors. The front desk attendant was also very polite and answered all my questions.

Found out my dad has prostate cancer roughly 6 months ago. This establishment has been extremely helpful in all aspects of treatment. Could not ask for better care than he has received from doctors and staff from here so far. We highly recommend.

We just started taking my brother in and we are already having trouble getting ahold of his dr to approve his pain meds because they sent 10 mg instead of 20 mgs. So now my brother has to stay in pain for another day.. Its just wrong.

Learning that oneself has cancer feels like being handed a death sentence. I am blessed by the folks at CAMC cancer center, l soon found l wasn’t alone with my fears. Because at the center ‘ no one fights alone’.. The center has awesome people working there, knowledgeable hard working folks. I would gladly recommend them.✝️
