This was my first appointment with Dr. Anderson after being with my OBGYN for YEARS! & her office is very clean, & very welcoming.. when I first walked in I was a little nervous, but as soon as I met Dr. Anderson I almost right away felt very comfortable. Dr. Anderson listened to all of my concerns & took everything that I said and thought about my feelings! I am so thankful that I found this office! And she does more then just OB she does ALMOST EVERYTHING lol from laser hair removal, body contouring! to Botox! Thank you Dr. Anderson for everything!! I RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO EVERYONE!

Charged my fiancee for services that were supposed to be billed to WV DHHR. We moved out of State and didn't realize the situation, and It's now reporting on her credit score. Watch their billing like a hawk!

My 15 year old daughter had to have her nexplanon taken out and the nurse refused to let me even go back into the room and sit with her before the doctor went into the room. When the doctor went into the room to take it out my daughter asked if I could please come in and the doctor refused to let her have me back there with her. My daughter was so upset she was almost in tears the entire way home.

Dr. Anderson has been my OBGYN for over a decade now. Her staff is wonderful! I love the new online appointment registration! It was fast, easy to use, and you get confirmation quickly. Dr. Anderson is conservative, respectful, answers any questions, and ensures that you are being well cared for. When I had an unexpected medical emergency, she was there right at my side. Its nice to have a doctor that doesn't treat you like a number or dollar sign, you are an actual person that she cares for.

Dr. Anderson is amazing. She walked me through my whole pregnancy with all of my fears, concerns, stress and anxiety from my 1st pregnancy. My 1st child was preemie, and Dr. Anderson delivered my 2nd son which was preemie aswell (30 weeker). Dr. Anderson did an amazing job with my cerclage and my csection. I was high risk, just moved to WV from NC and she took great care of me and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson to friends and family.

If I could give dr.Anderson 10 stars I would! After seeing 3 other OB/gyn's for extreme pelvic pain, having 2 pelvic ultrasounds, 1 vaginal ultrasound and c/t scan all normal. Two ER visits to two different hospitals all to be told, "everything is normal, it's just period pain, in my head" etc . First visit Dr. Anderson actually listened to my symptoms and said," she would figure this out". She did. I had an laparoscopy and there were so many cysts in my ovary that it had to be removed, blood in fallopian tube and mass on my uterus removed. After Surgery I was 100% better and pain is gone! If you have suffered and are looking for answers she is the dr to see.

This was my first visit with Dr. Anderson. She was nice and explained everything I had questions about. The office was clean and nicely organized. The wait time wasn't very long either. They were able to get me an appointment as a new patient within 2 weeks whereas my now previous doctor's office had me waiting a month and a half even though I explained some concerns I was having. I am looking forward to continuing my care with Dr. Anderson.

Awful! I was warned about going here but decided I'd form my own opinion, I even gave her a second shot after my first less than impressive impression. Both times I had to wait 45 after my appointment time to be seen. She seems very disconnected from her profession, like she's going through the motions but not emotional connection. I was concerned about an issue and all I got was a "we'll let you know when test results are in". She never told me what tests she was running, how long it would take, what concerns she may have, what I should do to ease the pain in the meantime, I got nothing! When the results came in I only knew because I checked my email from an automated system. No phone call, no anything! To add to my frustrations I was due my annual but she said because I had an issue she had to charge me 40.00 and couldn't do my annual but then I had to fill out a questionnaire on whether or not i was interested in laser hair removal, botox or vaginal rejuvenating? What kind of OBGYN does that? Listen to the warnings and choose someone else.

I went in for a breast exam and had a two, maybe three sentence long conversation with Dr. Anderson. She said there was something in the right that wasn't in the left, that she was ordering an ultrasound and left. Didn't order a pregnancy test or even ask about it. I left the office and went to Walmart to buy my own, just to rule it out. Basic stuff. I've only been twice but on both occasions I didn't find her to be very amicable. When I went in the second time for the breast mass, I found her office covered in optional treatments for botox and vaginal rejuvenation...aka stuff that preys upon women feeling bad about themselves. When I tried to call for results (I already had the ultrasound report) they told me I had to schedule an appointment for results to be discussed with me and wouldn't discuss it over the phone. I was outraged. Not going back.

Dr. Anderson and her staff are great! First if all it's rare now and day to be seen within 30 min of your appt time not to mention i was running about 10min late myself. I called and mentioned it, showed up and was treated with great care. Dr. Anderson was very attentive to my concern and help put my mind at ease. She's great! AND I LOVE HER NEW HAIR CUT! As long as she will have me as her pt i will continue to have her as my Dr.! 5 stars in my book!

I've been putting off getting a check up for years. I found good reviews online for Dr. Anderson so I checked out her website and was able to schedule my appointment online. Within minutes I received a confirmation email - very easy and convenient. I was nervous to go, but her office had a welcoming atmosphere so I was instantly put at ease. Dr. Anderson greeted me with a warm smile and before I knew it, my appointment was over! What a relief! I highly recommend her!
