I have had Dr. Leng as my Dr. for over a decade now and every single visit has been great. The staff is friendly and extremely nice. But most important to me is the wait time. I'm always in and out. I don't think I've ever been there longer than an hour. And the quality of service you receive doesn't suffer from the short time you are actually in his office. All in all an amazing Dr.

Dr Leng and his staff are absolutely amazing & have done so much to help me out over the years. I can not even begin to thank them enough for all of their help & hard work. There is nothing worse than suffering, day after day & not being able to find a doctor that is willing to help you & fight the insurance companies or Labor & Industries. I went to his federal way office for just over 12 years & recently transferred down to his Lakewood office, since it’s closer to where I moved to but for years, I traveled from Olympia to Federal Way to see him. I have a very extensive & complex medical history & so many doctors did not want to have anything to do with me, my fight against labor & industries & eventually the battle I had with social security. Dr Leng & his staff, took the time to go over my my medical history & fought very hard on my behalf in the process of contesting & eventually reversing L&I’s inaccurate findings & determinations. Im so grateful to of found this doctor when I did & for all of the hard work that he & his staff did on my behalf. I personally, would recommend this doctor to anyone who wants or needs a great doctor, that actually cares for his patients

Responding to SARAH SMILES I have been going to Dr leng & Dr fox's office for almost a year now. Yes they are very fast and accomodating most of the time. I think, when you said there are 2 dr lengs. They have two different entrances inside the same building for 2 different sides of there practice. But its the same dr leng. I do know (however) what you mean by the attitude that some of the staff have sometimes. And dr fox is a bit of a "hardass". Anyways. I have a feeling i know what nurse/ rececptionist you are talking about. The people at this office are just normal people and people have bad days. I know that isnt an exuse for how you were treated or how you had your feelings hurt. But i have gotten the attitude from them that you are talking about. But honestly 90% of the time the are all nice and respectful They are like a family. They dont hide there feelings or emotions. They are blunt and honest. And they dont take crap from people. I do have a feeling that maybe it really was a HUGE misunderstanding, on both sides. And a bad day for the nurse. If you discribe how she looks. I bet i would know who u were talking about.

I have been with dr. Leng for awhile now and i have been treated very well by both the staff and both Dr. Leng and Dr. Fox. My mother, baby sister and oldest as well as other family members have been with them for years now and will stand by them to the fullest. I dont know what these people are trying to slander these mens names who are only trying to take of their clients as well as their privacy are trying to prove?

This place is a joke. I had blood works done here and they LOST my blood sample and keep blaming the lab when it's obvious it's their fault. Stay away from this place unless you want to waste your time, blood and money.

The best, most caring, kind, knowledgeable doctor you could hope for. Not only is he an amazing doctor, he’s an amazing person. He helps people in many ways beyond just seeing them in an office when they’re sick. If your priority is a doctor who is competant, knowledgeable, and really cares for his patients, go see him.

Dr Leng is everything a doctor should be! I've been seeing him for almost 6 years. At every appointment I am in and out within 20-25 minutes. I have never been to a physician's office that operated so efficiently. The front office staff are top-notch; very knowledgable, especially Paulina! They answer the phone on the first or 2nd ring and are very accommodating if you are running late or need to reschedule. The clinic is immaculately clean, modern decor with comfy couches in the front. I highly recommend Family Medicine Clinic!
