I got an appointment for 2 weeks out for IUD removal and physical. Got to the appointment to find out that the doctor that was seeing me doesn't do IUD removals and rescheduled me for another week out with the other doctor there. The day before my appointment they call me to tell me that the new doctor doesn't do IUD removals either and said she can put in a referral request. I wouldn't hear from anybody for another 2 days! I didn't wait, I called around and handled this myself since they were clearly incompetent. All this AFTER I said I was having unusual pains that may pertain to my IUD which I've had in for 8 years now. Pains almost every day outside of my cycle. Wow. Just wow. Great job guys. I'll go back for a physical but other than that, you're useless! I did not feel valued at all whatsoever.

The Everett Clinic as a whole, has been fabulous for our family. Completely family oriented. Helpful anyway they can. There is one pediatrician in particular that i would not recommend, but the smokey point pedatricians are all fabulous.

Went to the walk in clinic because I woke up unable to catch my breath and a very deep raspy cough. I have had bronchitis a ton of times in the past and have also had pneumonia. The dr did not even offer a chest X-ray. Wrote it off as asthma and didn’t listen to me at all about my concerns. I would never recommend anyone go there.

Worst Everett clinic I've ever been too. Gone 3 times now because couldn't get in at our regular doctor in Marysville. Waste of time, walkin is awful and the pediatric nurse practitioner we have seen twice is no good too. Can never seem to help or solve our problem or situation when we go in and just always refer us to see our regular doctor. Waste of time.

I checked in at 2:45 pm on a Friday, MA interview and vitals done by 4:15 pm. It’s 5 pm and I’m still waiting to see a doctor... this is a really long wait: 2+ hours and counting.

Save yourself time and recieve better care, travel the extra 15 mins to the Smokey Point Clinic.

Every time I call to make an appointment or pay a bill I'm on hold for at least 30mins. Tried calling at different times, but I always get the same result. However, if I have the time to sit on the phone that long to make an appointment and go in to see my Dr, it's always a great experience. Thankfully we're moving back south and I won't have to look for a new Dr office, which is what I would do if we were staying on Camano. Something needs to be done about the wait time when calling. I just tried paying a bill, but after 30mins on hold I hung up. Apparently they don't want your money that bad.

Lost the paper work for a lab test and took over 2 weeks to get it faxed to our primary care doctor's office. An officious receptionist actually hampered our trying to get the problem resolved. The office manager when we finally got to talk to her tired to be helpful but was ineffective in getting the paper work sent. Finally our primary doctor's office made several calls and got the test results-- about 2 weeks late.

Needed to see a doctor so was going to go to the walk-in clinic however the wait time was an hour and a half. I scheduled a place in line to avoid the wait and still waiting hour and a half from the time they told me to show up. What good is reserving a place in line if you still need to wait same amount of time? Failed system!

I wish I could have known how the actual service was but I am on state insurance right now and they do not accept it. I ended up having a kidney infection that I got treated when I was out of town.

Dr. Rahman is fabulous. She really cares about her patient's. I also see Miranda in Palliative care. Both are very caring, extremely helpful of my needs and understanding. Recently, I am seeing Erin in behavioral health. She's great...you need to book in advance with her as it's challenging to get on her schedule with a long waiting list. I've been going to the clinic for several year's now and have nothing to complain about now...it's my one stop shopping, if you will.... husband is a patient there also. In the beginning, I felt that a few of the the receptionists were not friendly at all or very customer service oriented...they looked mad as I would approach them to be checked in...It was almost a deal breaker for me...but I stayed a bit longer and those few are no longer there --everyone is sweet and greets me with a smile. I would recommend this clinic.

The Drs don't listen and aren't very friendly towards patients or kids. Went here twice and they miss diagnosed our child twice. We won't be going back.

Best walk-in clinic ever. No wait, immediate attention to my wounds - efficient and knowledgeable doctor and nurse working as a team. Follow on appointment next day: I scheduled it online - saw doctor and nurse right on time. Great team: nurses and Dr Scheck were excellent along with a good sense of humor! Highly recommended.

I recently used this office, both walk in and the injection nurses to treat a problem that took days to resolve. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled to offer feedback after this experience. I was amazed at how great the staff was that worked with me. I met many of them, and they were genuinely helpful, kind and professional. If you have insurance, this walk in clinic is good. Thank you to any and all staff reading this post. You made a frustrating time for me far better than I imagined. More news! I had an emergency in my family that required my sister to get a new primary care Doc ASAP for a cancer surgery referral. I chose Dr. Bolander. He was gracious enough to squeeze us in, and was great to talk too. He has good energy and was very receptive.
