The front desk service providers were so friendly and really knew their jobs well. Barb was the receptionist we talked to, she was super nice and got us all checked in for our first visit! Dr. Anderson saw my daughter for strep throat and he was right on time. Our appointment wasn't until later in the day, so I was expecting a long wait but it was less than 10 minutes. He truly listened to my concerns and was very down to earth. I didn't feel like he was in a rush to see the next patient. I have to say it was the best first time doctor's visit I've ever had! I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a pediatrician.

Experience with the RNs was great but they suck at paperwork. Can't even provide proof of shots 48hrs later when they tell you an updated shot record will be ready in 24 hours. The matter was only worse by crappy front desk with the "there's nothing I can do" attitude. If you can't prove medical services you provided you are useless as our records are everything.

I was seen by Jonathan Mendelsohn right off the bat I could hear him saying how he was in a bad mood and went camping so he was tired. He came into the room seemed nice until the conversation went on. This guy wants to not have you as a patient and will argue with you and toss your paperwork and walk out of a room. That is my experience with their doctor. They are rude and I have never ever complained about a doctor other than like a darn that appointment is really early or something like that. This was a horrifying experience and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Would never recommend. Unprofessional, greedy, and overall terrible care. Samples and results were lost or never given. Was denied basic care and monitoring in an early pregnancy. Triple billed for tests over a year old that had been paid for. 0/10 wouldn’t go to them if they were my only option.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Anita at the front desk makes you feel so warm and welcomed. My nurse Cat is awesome and so friendly. She explains things wonderfully. My MD Dr.Cucciardi is a very knowledgeable and kind woman. I highly suggest The Doctor's Clinic, and will continue going there for many years. Thank you!

Thanks to the M.A. or receptionist who slammed papers on the counter and threw a little fit because I asked to update my contact information that was seven years old. I'll be sure to never make an appointment again at your office because heaven forbid I burden you with making you do your job. The doctor wondered why my blood pressure was so elevated??!!

Not really a clinic. They won't see you unless you are a regular patient, even during their walk in hours. Calling yourself a clinic with walk in hours is misleading.

I have been with them for a long time. I had a couple great doctors who left. I am not pleased and been through hell the last two Male doctors and I'm very unhappy. I had tried to go to a different company for help and they were worse. I am now waiting and choose to pay and go elsewhere till I get a different doctor who is available in another location. Not only am I because of not listening and not being honest or sending me to get the right images that are not fixable do to to long of un diagnosis and surgical procedures that because of damage that was fixable in the beginning I'm very unhappy with the monthly and rudeness and lies from the doc assistant. I like the doctors clinic but I will go only when I have no other options. I recently because of being lied to which they didnt know I had gone else where I could see what was happening about my mobility I'm now getting correct help. This has been a completely emotional and frustrating past and I'm still upset I went a year with no mri had a bucket tear and many times it came out and had to back in also hospital trips etc and a surgery that sucked and now looking at another lost at age 40 my ability for high impact plus even some sports activities for the rest of my life. Doctors should listen and staff should not laugh and treat us like they dont have time and were crazy etc. I'm sick of how they treat me. It improved a little by the doctor last visit when I brought my mother but we had to beg for a referral to the university of Washington for cancer screening and my mom is a survivor right sitting there. I told the university of Washington my issues and it was their idea me to go. I'm very sad also to here I'm not the only with these stories.

Surprised by low reviews especially of Dr. Mendelssohn. The staff is cheerful and efficient. Dr. M. seems compassionate and competent. He even called us personally to give results not thru an assistant. Wish TDCwould open a clinic in Port Haddlock

I recently had to find a new primary care doctor and tried out The Doctor's Clinic in Poulsbo. I saw Erica Hickson and she was great! She took the time necessary to answer all my questions, even though I had several little things I wanted to ask about. She made me feel that she cared and didn't rush me out of there or anything. A month or so later, I went in for urgent care for some side pain I was experiencing and saw Dr. Mendelsohn. Even though the pain was almost gone by the time I saw him (of course), he didn't make me feel stupid and checked out anything that could point to a serious problem. I never felt like he was just humoring me, which I've unfortunately experienced with other doctors before. I would make an appointment with him again if I couldn't get in to see Erica. Overall, my two experiences have been great and all the staff were kind and welcoming!
