The most insensitive, unknowledgable doctor would be Dr. Arunas Banionis. Went in for an appointment today to get a chest X-ray, and after I told him what was going on he said "So what do you want us to do.. I'm confused." I had pluresy over the summer and needed to look at my lungs. Then he just left the room with no regard that the appointment was over or what to do, so as I started walking out behind him I said "Ok? So you're jsut going to call me?" He said yup. I then started walking downstairs and then nurse comes running after me "Hey he wanted you to go to urgent care for your X-ray" not to mention when I followed the nurse back upstairs, and she told the doctor I had a question he's like "yea, what" in the most annoyed way possible. I said ook?? How about telling your patiencts what the hell is going on instead of watching them leave. Then when I express my frustration, all the woman on the computers at front desk are giving me death glares. START CARING ABOUT PEOPLE. My job is selling phones and I offer them much more customer service then your half-effort office ever does. And this is my health.Get it together.

Nurses and front desk ladies were awesome. Randal moeller, urology, is the single worst urologist I've ever been to. Recommended I use neosporin on a wound that's already closed- then suggested I live with the issue that prevents sexual activity for the rest of my life. Didnt recommend seeing anyone else just went back to his office to hide. I live in Idaho where we hardly have a urologist that's booked less than 6 months in advance- we dont have a medical school and I've received 10x better care there than I have with him. DO NOT SEE "DR" RANDAL MOELLER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

The medical staff seems distant and not personable. Unless on the day of visit, prolonged prescriptions are not filed, resulting in call ins to said staff, after being told that they always know to do their part. Blood draws, scheduled three months from visit for the next visit, aren't. Resulting in more call ins and time delays. Always blamed on the computer system that doesn't communicate with the res of C.H.I.. After two years, these issues should have been addressed.

Ridiculous wait times no matter when you go in and it could be completely empty. Just dissatisfied with the overall prenatal care experience. They would call me for whatever reason and I would call back for days without answer and the messages I left were not responded to. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Took them forever to transfer my records to a different clinic. I do not recommend this clinic for prenatal care. Especially if you’re slightly overweight.

I went in with a broken arm. Had to wait a long time then had Togo in to see book keeper to verify insurance and she was very unprofessional. Then had X-rays. Dr finally came in and said nothing wrong without even examining my arm. It was the same Dr that Crayed my wife's hip and said there was nothing wrong and after seeing another Dr she has arthritis in her hip. Went to another Dr and had X-rays done. I could see the break on the X-ray. And I could see and feel the lump on my arm. Google wouldn't allow me to give a negative rating or I would. I think that's the only reason they have a rating as high as it is. I'll will never go there again. Good luck to those of you that do

They don't even deserve one star!! After going in countless circles trying to accommodate them I have yet to see a doctor. They don't care about their patience even when they are pregnant and need to see a doctor ASAP. They need better staff training on health insurance and customer service skills. There manager is the worse manager I have ever come in contact with. McDonald's have better managers than her.

Was seen by the nurse very quickly after arriving, but after checking in I waited more than an hour to see the doctor. The doctor came in for 30 seconds and left. Clearly very rushed, they need to increase the amount of doctors in the urgent care.
