I have never had a problem with any of the staff at this clinic. My boys see the pediatrician Dr. Diaz and he is awesome. I see Dawn and she is great as well. The dermatologist isn't the best, I guess they have so many appointments that they can only handle "one concern per visit". I never went back to see that doctor, there's one in gig harbor that has more availability and resolves all of your issues more quickly. Other than that, they have been great!

I want to put in a good word about Dr Bates and his nurse Cindra, as well as the office staff. I have been a patient for over 10 years. The staff has always treated me with respect, and tryed to meet my schedule for appointments at every turn. Dr Bates has always been through and professional in his exams and treatments, and makes sure to explain any information needed for treatment of the problem. His nurse is efficient and kind, and very professional too. Test results were often relayed to me personally by either Dr Bates or Cindra, usually long after business hours were over as that was their only free time, and they knew how important the information could be for peace of mind. Many don't realize the hours spent visiting hospital patients occurs before and after business hours. When my husband was very sick in the Bremerton hospital for 5 days, Dr Bates was there every day before his work day giving us updates and reassurance. He is known as "The Good Doctor " by the nursing staff there. Hoping he and Cindra have a great life after retiring next year.

Coming up on 40 minutes past my appointment that I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early for . Asked when I would be seen and the answer was, I don't know and I can't control when the doctor sees you .Would you like to leave and make another appointment? No apology, wouldn't get up off her chair to go ask the back, nothing at all. I then indicated that I'd be writing a review of my experience and she said, "good"

I had scheduled an appointment as a first time patient for a visit several weeks out. When I called to reschedule my appointment, the only available time that worked for me was several weeks later, so ok I figured that's on me anyway. So when I haven't received a confirmation call as the day approached, I called to be sure. Well they didn't actually reschedule me, and now I can't see that doctor because I was the no show for the original appointment. Then she tells me she doesn't even have a doctor for me cuz they're booked out over 2 months. She didn't even offer to schedule me, not that I would have. Absolutely infuriating .

Don't let the posted hours fool you. I called at noon today to see if I could get squeezed into an afternoon appointment and I caught the receptionist as she was "locking up". She informed me that they normally leave "by two" on Fridays. She then suggested that I try the walk-in clinic in Bremerton. Must be nice to make your own hours guys!

Was here super early yet somehow they are still late seeing us.

Called three weeks ago and spent over an hour talking with receptionist to get my family set up for appointments. She was incredibly sweet and helpful, but apparently my insurance information never made it into the computer. Fast forward to today's 1st time patient appointment. Due to traffic and defrosting my car I was 5 mins early not 15. Well then my insurance info wasn't in the computer and I didn't have my cards. My fault there. But the medical assistant was so increadly RUDE! She made a snide comment about running late now (they got me back 15 AFTER my appt time) and made sure I knew it was my fault. Then the doctor gave me a quick five mins and also made snide comments about me being late. Mind you I was 5 mins early and the receptionist I spent an hour with on the phone admitted it was her fault! I'm hoping they are just having a bad day and do not treat all their patients this way.

My DC is one of a kind she gets the job done she also took care of my dad in the VA Hospital before she was my Doctor I found this out because she recalled my last name she cares about her patients.

Michael Smith

Rude, unprofessional. Treated like I was just a burden.

The desk people are very kind. The medical staff don't have much hospitality. So don't expect kindness or a smile.

Dermatologist. I had an appointment January 7, 2016. Rx was done and sent to my pharmacist. I went to go pick up my meds and was told that a pre-authorization was needed. I called my doctor and left a message. A week later no response. I called again and got the voice mail again. So I called and got the front office. I explained that I was not happy that no one called me back. I got a call back by the next day. I told the doctors assistant that a pre-authorization was needed to get my meds. She looked at her notes and said that they requested a pre-auth form from my insurance company but had not received it. I asked for another Rx. I go to pick it up and again another pre-authorization is needed. I call the doctors office and left a message again. It is February 5th and I still have no Rx for my face and they have not attempted to call me regarding this. I don't know if it is the doctor or it is her staff that lack the ability to care about the patients. My face is red, blotchy and itches and it is on my neck also. I do not recommend The Doctors Clinic. This isn't the only problem I've had with the group.

Very poor service. Doctors are not up to date with modern healthcare and science.

Could not be any less professional!! Dr. Bates and the clinic in Port Orchard have the most appalling patient services I have ever seen. I went in for my blood pressure and he went on to test me for other things completely unrelated. To make it worse though billed for this fraudulent testing there was never a word spoken about any results now more than 90 days. Filed a BBB complaint and it appeared to be settled only to have them try and bill me again today!
