I called half an hour before they close, and thank god i did. This is a walk in clinic and they stop taking patients at least 30 minutes before they close. They need to change their advertised hours, because id be extremely upset if i drove out there and got turned away before closing time. Ill take my business elsewhere.

This office is only good if you are a healthy individual who can schedule appointments months in advance. If you get sick you are out of luck and will be told that your doctor is too busy to see you and go to the walk in clinic if you can't wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment. I was sent to the walk in clinic 5 times in a 10 day period for worsening pneumonia and an infection that was dangerously close to turning into a blood infection by the time the walk in clinic finally started treating me. I called multiple times during that 10 day period to get an appointment with my primary care doctor who according to their website will coordinate my care and be proactive with my care. Every time I called I was told my doctor was too busy and just go to the walk in clinic. Needless to say I am looking for a new doctor

I followed my primary care physician from another town! He currently is a physician at Providence Marysville. I actually found him in the yellow pages 11 1/2 years ago when I was pregnant. Best decision I ever made. He is compassionate, caring, he listens! He opened a completely free clinic in Stanwood and volunteers there frequently. Also does mission work in third world countries. Amazing person and friend. I don't know what I would do without him! Humility goes along way and I'm so blessed to have Dr. Grierson as my PCP

I love this clinic! Great staff and PAC Keith Erickson is a very knowledgeable, educated kind physician. He takes time to get to the problem, doesn’t just rush you in and out with no concern for his patients like where I previously was I don’t understand the negative comments as my friends and I transferred to this clinic and they all really like it ..... never a problem

I have never had any issues or problems with this clinic. My son has his doctor here too and he had never had any problems here as well. All staff seem friendly and knowledgeable.

Ever hear your medical team talk about you? Pretty unprofessional and upsetting. If I can hear, who else can? I've been coming here for years. Even more upsetting, I was basically dismissed by my doctor. My issues not addressed or really looked at, kind of treated like an addict.
