I've been taking both of my kids here for the past 3 years (since we moved to the area). The office staff has been courteous and accommodating and my kids and I love Dr. Reichert. The office staff and nurses that I've had experience with have been very forthcoming in their ability to get us in on short notice, stating why or why not they do or do not have an opening in my time frame. My experience in scheduling has been very positive though, with the staff being able to get us in, in a timely manner and at a time that worked for me. Upon visiting the office, they greet you warmly and get the paperwork completed quickly. They've never lost paperwork, billed me incorrectly or seemed incompetent in any way. The wait in the waiting room (option of sick and well waiting rooms) is normally no more than 5-10 minutes. Once the nurse calls my kids back, she is also warm and friendly, engaging with my kids to make them feel comfortable and at ease. The nurse explains what's going on, kindly asks questions and listens attentively. The wait in the room is normally 5-10 minutes at the most. Dr. Reichert always comes in with a hearty, friendly greeting. He addresses myself AND my kids (they're 8 and 5) in a very warm and jovial manner. Dr. Reichert addresses the problem with compassion and intelligence. He engages, asks questions, discusses and listens. I've had quick visits and I've had visits where I've had a lot of questions in which Dr. Reichert answered thoroughly and patiently. Only when he's felt the issue is outside of his scope of expertise will he refer you to another physician and even then, his referrals are to top notch physicians in the area. I highly recommend Dr. Reichert and have only heard the same from other parents who have had their kids go to him.
