Most horrible experience ever. Money robber. I’ve been there for birth control pills. They filed $313 total for my insurance, and after insurance I still need pay $ 193. I call them to ask why the bill is so high. Guess what? The office mananger said:We can file whatever mount we want. Insane! I never met such a terrible prime care like this.

If you are doing uscis exam, do not go here. The receptionist was not professional towards immigrants.

If you need a civil surgeon in Seattle for some immigration forms, BEWARE, Dr. Griffin is a con-artist and scammer deluxe. She will charge you $173 for a "paperwork fee". This fee is not regulated by the USCIS, any government agency, nor your insurance! It is solely the discretion of the doctor. The doctor pays $613 to register as a civil surgeon which actually costs the doctor nothing because it is a tax write off-business expenses! So if you think a doctors signature is worth $173 of your hard earned cash, then by all means, indulge yourself, if not, shop around, find the best price. There are civil surgeons in Seattle who charge $50, and others, who if covered under a reasonable medical insurance plan (as my wife was) might even let you fly with a page by page fee of not more than $25. Depending on your insurance status, Dr. Griffin may charge you more or less of a "paperwork fee", to cover the insurance discounted price of the physical and pass it on to yourself, the patient. This is called balance billing and is illegal to do except under the loop-hole premise of completing paperwork that isn't for medical purposes (for immigration purposes). The good news is, I have a lawyer, his name is/was Eric Holder and I will make the case to close the loophole. The office manager lied two times, first telling me, "our office manager isn't here, call back on Monday" and when I showed up at the office on Monday, Me: "the paperwork fee is the same price as the discounted insurance payment." His reply, "No, it's not". How can you tell me blatantly to my face that $173 is not a rounded up version of $172.48? At least acknowledge what you are doing, even if it is un-ethical!! This is not how I expect to be treated by medical professionals. Dr. Griffin personally threatened to report my wife to the USCIS for delinquent bills if I didn't pay the paperwork fee and asked if I was working with a lawyer?? This medical practice is a money making scam. Save your money, go somewhere else, please! This is another broken health care/immigration system failure, giving doctors "free reign" believing in good faith they will set fair market prices for the completion of a very simple form, but instead, they prey on immigrants to fulfill their business plan needs. Most don't even understand this is a capitalistic market, they think it's a prescribed fee coming from the government, but of course that is never explained! Doctors, newsflash, just because you paid way too much for your education and are paying way too much for your mal-practice insurance, doesn't mean your paperwork skills are worth $700 an hour.

Doctor Griffin has been my primary doctor for 13 years now. Life has been chaotic and challenging, and she has always been there for me, whether I was insured at the time or not. She's never spoken to me like I couldn't understand something, seems genuinely interested in me as a person, and helps me even though I haven't made all of the positive lifestyle changes she advises.

Avoid at all cost. I really wish I had read the reviews here before going to this clinic. Went for a USCIS medical exam. Ended up with a huge bill, and no exam at the end of it *even though we had all the vaccines required*. Indeed Dr Griffin's interpretation of the vaccine requirements is wrong -- no other clinic we talked to agreed with her interpretation, and even the USCIS said it wasn't correct. Unfortunately Dr Griffin insisted she was right and as we had already paid for the hefty admin fee and tests results, we agreed to continue based on her requests. But incredibly enough, Dr Griffin then informed us she couldn't give us the tuberculosis shot she claimed we needed as we had done the MMR vaccine... This was not something her clinic had informed us of, so our entire efforts were wasted. Long story short we were left with a massive bill for vaccinations and tests *that we didn't need in the first place* -- and still no exam. We had to swallow the costs and go to another clinic that issued us the exam on the spot.

Do not come here for your USCIS medical exam. They made a mistake on mine, and I had to do it elsewhere.

An illegitimate Dr.

Wish I had read these reviews before going there. I went for a USCIS medical exam. Right of the bat she dismissed my ammunization record and wanted me to take a test and re-do a whole bunch of vaccines that was not needed. I had to fight to convince her that my medical record is accurate and relliable (it was from University of Chicago hospital and some were from my Candian doctors). I was able to get my paper work done but left feeling I was dealing with a doctor who just wants to charge you for whatever she can. I wouldn't recommend going there.

I had a horrible experience at this office. I had to wait an hour for the doctor to see me, yet when I pointed that out nobody in the office apologized for the inconvenience. I went there for a green card medical exam. I was very frustrated when Dr. Griffin was unable to explain the Green card requirements to me and answer my simple question "What do I need to do?". I walked out eventually and decided to look for a different doctor.

I took my family to this doctor to obtain the paperwork needed to stay in the U.S. (Dr. Griffin is a certified civil surgeon). Considering we were charged $1100 for the stamps, I would expect a more professional approach. The immunization review was sloppy - she sent us to get a stamp missing under a recent U.S. vaccine record, while other older unverified records were fine. The immunization records review was very chaotic (5 naked people in a small exam room digging through papers to find the records), as a result my wife was given an unneeded extra vaccine. In the end I asked if my wife can get the kids to school while I wait for the paperwork. They said OK and after they all left, they said I can't have the paperwork because they need her signature. Just like that. So another extra trip and we got the stamps. Hooray. Now after 7 weeks we have received a statement asking for another $11. Overall I wouldn't go to this office voluntarily if I had the choice.

Best Doctor I have ever worked with. I recommend Dr. Griffin to all my friends. She breaks medical information down so that anyone can understand what's happening. She has never shamed me for being fat or for my lifestyle. My friends have thanked me for the recommendation. Her staff is friendly and offers great service. I have had nothing but great interactions with them. I would recommend Dr. Griffin to anyone.
