I needed to be seen for a possible kidney infection and two of our young kids have been sick with something for over a month. We were turned away because of an outstanding balance that had ALREAY BEEN PAID through their collections company. To top it off, the receptionist handed us a business card for their collections company telling us she had no way of knowing that it was paid off. In other words, she was calling us liars. It was paid off months ago but she couldn't call them herself to verify. Instead she turned an entire family away from medical care with absolutely no sympathy or offer to help us figure it out. It might be the closest clinic to our house, but we will never go back and we will tell EVERYONE that goes, that they TURNED AWAY AN ENTIRE FAMILY INCLUDING CHILDREN from getting needed healthcare. If I don't get seen for a kidney infection, I can be hospitalized or die. Thanks for nothing "Family" Care Network.
