Dr. Raney is great! I've been seeing him basically since I was born. When I thought I contracted Lyme disease he was the only doctor out of almost a dozen that listened to my concerns, was proactive, and treated it. It turned out the test results had came back positive. Thank you Dr. Raney!

My young daughter needs a hearing test done so the Dr. Ellsworth wrote a referral for "their" business partner to get our business to have this done. We called and that office said they do not take my insurance. So I called my insurance company and they found me another place. I asked Evergreen health to fax the referral to the other place (that they do not have ties with) and they will not do it. They said we can only refer you to our liking basically. This has been going on now for 3 days. My whole family is now absolutely done with place. No more money from us.

If I could rate the new staff here zero stars I would. Besides one doctor who I have been going to as a child is still there he’s always the best. Every time I call to make an appointment I get the rudest customer service I’ve ever had there ! Bring back the other staff please ! Wow ! Unreal I’m so blown away with how rude they are my son who is one years old needs to be seen and the lady I spoke to was absolutely no help. She was so rude when all I was doing was trying to make an appointment and she didn’t want to help me she sounded like a teenager who doesn’t like her job and doesn’t want to be there. Didn’t care that a patients mother and whole family who has been going to that office since we were all children. Rude rude rude I do not recommend this office unless your going to see the best doctor in the world dr Rainey. Absolutely disappointed..

Dr Garrard is excellent. I was so nervous to change Drs when I moved and she has exceeded expectations. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Gerrard has been absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns and went above and beyond what I expected. I have had terrible luck with doctors and didn't expect to find one I like so close to home. The whole staff has been extremely tolerant of my rambunctious toddler who typically has to come with me to my appointments.

Do not go here! The receptionists are the "Gossip Girls" that apparently never left high school. Extremely unprofessional group of people there now. I will never return here and will do my best to make sure others do not make the mistake of going to this practice. Learn to be professional ladies or find a different place of employment!

Many of the better Dr's have left the practice sadly. The ones that are left are very unprofessional and the whole place is very cliquey. For instance, if you have the sniffles or they feel you may, you will be required to wear a mask. But, the office workers are coughing and hacking blowing their noses and they never wear a mask. Why would this rule only be for the patients? If one person doesn't like you, ie...Karen, now the office manager...she will ensure that your visit there is difficult and will do her best to be passive aggressive in her bullying behavior. It is a good place to be "from"... If you can possibly go anywhere else, please do so. They only have their way of treating and if you don't like it or don't agree, they won't help you.
