Yes, it does take a little time to get your first appointment but I haven't had any issues getting an appointment since then. They use an outside scheduler/biller for new patients but after that you work with the office staff directly. I can't deny that Dr. Schumer is a little different than other docs; he is sometimes silly and probably best described as a little "old school".

Making an appt with this Dr is like making an appt with Hollywood’s best celebrity surgeon. Just that he is not a surgeon nor a celebrity Dr. staff is rude specially the gentleman that deals with billing. You miss one appt and you have to beg to be allowed to book another one or reschedule. I’m done never again.
