Dr. Chang is a smart doctor, but he rushes through every single time. I'm giving two stars because of his nurse Sue. She's so incredibly rude I'm actually surprised she works with patients. She has an attitude with me and all of my family and sometimes it comes across as personal as if she's annoyed with us. Looks like I'm not the only one that has been experiencing this problem. She's the reason I don't go to Dr. Chang anymore

Chang has been my dr for 18 yrs I had heart attack 4 weeks ago. Today his nurse Sue couldn't get a BP read after two trys. Dr change didnt bother to try himself. Couldn't even be bothered to use his stethoscope. Stress level off the chart and dr obviously did not care. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Linda Goudreau

Not happy with him or his nurse Sue. He listens, smiles and gives me no direction to how to diagnose or treat my severe pain in neck & back. I have seen him since June & getting no where. Totally frustrated! I have severe headaches, numbness in right arm and leg, dropped foot, blurry vision.

My experIence with Dr. Chang as a new patient raised several red flags. I only gave him one star because he did come in the room. After two visits I requested my records and was shocked and appalled at what was written in them. Many inaccuracies, inconsistencies, things that did not happen (for example: he stated observations from examinations he supposedly did though he NEVER examined me at any time! Did not put one finger on me! All he did was talk. Definitely would not EVER go back to this person. How many patients request their records to assure the Dr is putting accurate information in their record. I would quess not many. I would really recommend any patient who sees Dr Chang, especially if you are fairly new to request your records right away. You might just be shocked at what he and his nurse has written about you. Even the nurse wrote things that were inaccurate. If you do find this to be true it would be very important for you to put in writing that he correct your record. He would also be required to contact you in a short period of time (I believe 10 days) and inform you if those corrections were made and state whether all of them or at least let you know which ones. You could request your records again just to make sure they were changed. If he refuses to make the corrections you can type/put in writing a statement and amend it to your record. I would not trust it was actually added but request it from records so you can verify your statement is actually in your file/records. Any other Dr you may go to most likely have access to your records because they are accessible within the Network's computerized system. If not corrected it can follow you around for a very long time. Some inaccuracies could be detrimental to our health! I encourage you to take control of your medical issues and not be intimidated by any Dr. Not sure if this was a problem with anyone else but this Dr was so soft spoken he was very difficult to hear and I had to ask him many times to repeat himself. I really believe if more patients would confront these kind of problems it might help force Dr's to state true facts and not put inaccurate information in patient's records/charts.

I had 4 visits with him over a year and half period, and I'm shocked at how he gets by with his behavior. He refuses to give more than a 6 month prescription which nets me 2 fills before I have to go in again. He says it's policy which is a lie since I've had it done for the past 18 years in the same network. I've heard other complaints and the management staff above him does nothing. He acts like he doesn't even care about what you have to say, it's just get them in and out as fast as possible.
