The physicians are nice, and nurses, but those TWO WOMEN AT THE FRONT, they are RUDE !!! They do NOT speak or, acknowledge you when you walk up to the desk, the one w/ the gray hair is ALWAYS SO RUDE ! The Big one got mad because I didn't have my sons insurance cards . She has a really bad attitude . I said I wasn't going back because of those two especially. & my kids have been going there for 4 years. They need to get rid of them and hire more friendly, people w/ better customer service skills. & I've told them numerous times about how rude they are, as well as other parents that I've spoken too.

My son was sick, we recently moved here from a different state. and these guys told they can not give the 1st appointment if the child is not feeling well. Absolute stupidity and rude people here. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I can not give zero so I am giving one

Dr. Alison Nash is the easiest Dr to talk to. She actually listens to you and considers what you the parent say when making a decision in regards to your child.

The women tgat answers tge phone are very very rude and disrespectful. I called trying to get a appointment for my daughter with asthma. Iwas then told if I didnt have insurance that had them as the primary Doctor they couldn't see my child even thi we had been going there over 15+ years then she hung up on me. Then I get letter saying there could nolonger be my child physicians. I never received a call from Dr. Alison Nash ,MD. Way to go Dr. NASH

I wish I would have carefully read the reviews before bringing my son to this place! They are true. The staff is rude and not personalable. Not to mention, for the office to be a pediatrician office, the bathrooms do not have changing tables and there's a BIG sign on the door that says- please don't throw your soil diapers away in here as a courtesy to our patients- for this to be a kids place it sure isn't kid friendly. The front staff is rude and dismissive. And Dr. Nash isn't that personalable or friendly at least to us she wasn't. I will not be returning to this place and don't recommend it to others with small children.
