Worst customer services ever. The "ladies" at the front desk whom I'd love to call something else... are rude and unprofessional. I've had two incidents with the same RUDE lady and for her go back & forth with a consumer and being disrespectful is why I will not ever return here. This place is the worst if you have other options please take them. These ladies need professional training and better communication they need to learn how to be professional towards the people spending their money. I thought that the reviews would be lies before I decided to come, but the negative feedback is SURELY accurate. Hope they those issues get resolved and someone does something about he unprofessionalism in this place. This will be my LAST time ever coming here.

I don’t know if I came on a bad day or what, but this was definitely the worst experience I have ever had at the office. I visited this office after a recommendation from a friend, seeing I am new to the area. I had an appointment scheduled at 3pm and waited for over an hour to be seen, which I normally understand, seeing I am a physician I get that things can come up. However, once I was in the room I was rushed while taking a history, I don’t feel my concerns were heard or even addressed. The rooms are very tiny , and While sitting in a hospital gown, the staff came in leaving my door open while another patient was standing at the door looking directly at me. This was just an incredibly terrible experience for me, and I left feeling so incredibly frustrated and upset.
