I have had a good experience everytime we go in.

We love Dr. Kent and the office is always clean. We always get a follow-up call from our doctor after going to a chkd urgent care. Parking is good. However, they are VERY hard to reach via telephone. Also, we have waited over 30 mins twice to be seen by someone after our appointment time and after we've been brought back to an exam room.

The doctors are good but check your bills! If they ask you to come back for literally ANYTHING during a wellness visit they will bill you for it. Even something as simple as a weight check. The office staff and billing department is less than friendly so if customer service matters, you may want to reconsider.

My daughter has been a patient of Town Center Pediatrics for 7 years. Their hours are absolutely ridiculous. Unlike most other pediatricians they have no after hours care, so working parents will have to chose between their livelihood and their child's medical needs. Still their care is good so I put up with the inconvenience at great personal expense for many years. The final straw came today. I suspect that my daughter has pinkeye. I called to make an appointment with her PCP or any other doctor in their practice and was told that they were unable to fulfill their role as her healthcare provider because they had accepted too many clients and had booked too many appointments. They were unable to see her for her pinkeye today or tomorrow and advised me to go to urgent care. I explained that this was misuse of urgent care and a waste of money. The receptionist was extraordinarily rude and told me that was my problem. I switched her PCP today to CHKD Oakbrooke, where lo and behold they can see her tomorrow. What good is a pediatrician if you cant rely on them when your child is sick?

We LOVE Dr. Lorenzo and staff! We almost always have the same nurse for each of our well visits, which is really nice. Our son is ten months old and has only had to visit once outside of his scheduled wellness checks, and they were able to get us an appointment the same day, with our primary provider, the same day as when I called to ask the triage nurse questions about his symptoms. The office is clean, inviting, and a comfortable setting for us and our son. We were so nervous choosing a ped for our first baby but I know we picked the perfect one. Highly recommend!

Everything is alright so far except trying to get my son his ADHD medicine & the fact that I sat on hold for over 15 minutes today. Maybe hire more office staff!?

Have been taking my kids here since they were newborns. Office staff, nurses, and doctors are always friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to listen and offer advice regarding all my concerns. There's been a few times where the wait was long, but I know that's a general thing in any doctor's office. A positive experience every time.

Dr.Kirshenbaum is AMAZING she truely takes the time to get to know your kids & she remembers them every visit & you can just tell she LOVES what she does. Never had an issue with any of the nurses (all super nice to my kids & get that they won't 100% corporate since they are just kids). The desk staff is super professional!

The office is sparkling clean, nurses and front desk staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. Two different waiting rooms, 'well' and 'sick.' Toys, TVs, books, and plenty of seating. They offer stickers, popsicles, and juice after visits and shots. We see Dr. Lorenzo and he is great, no complaints at all - all staff are well educated and I love that my child's information is shared all throughout the CHKD system, this makes it so easy for me if we ever have to make an Urgent Care visit.

The Doctors here are great. Unfortunately, the desk staff and billing are some of the worst I have come in contact with. Each one has an excuse as to why it's not their fault, and provide information they don't know anything about, causing confusion. And then when you are all confused.... They hang up on you.
