Amazing practice. We mostly see Dr Nelson, who is great with babies. Love their weekend hours and after hour nurse on call line. We have used it several times.

Dr. Philips and staff are extremely thorough, professional, and good with children.

Have loved this location but was left in a waiting room for 45 minutes and was never seen. I had to walk out. They acted as if they had no idea we were back there. When we were leaving they locked the door behind as the location was then closed. I paid my co-pay and everything but the front end ladies had already left for the day.

I take my son there and so far we havent had any issues. All the doctors that we have seen were awesome. I will continue to visit this location.

It's been so helpful to be able to call and speak with a nurse when my child is sick to know what to watch for. I also really appreciate their after hours answering service and how their on call physicians respond fairly quickly. They seem to have a good availability of sick appointments, and have even seem us on Sunday. We've had a good experience with our main doctor, Dr. Gosselin, and also the other rotating doctors in sick appointments.

Love the Doctors, love the hours. SOME of the front staff, on the other hand, not so much love. They seem "put out" if you have a question or need help with something other than just checking in. Their personal conversations are much more important than helping a client.
