The environment is neat and clean, and the doctors are professional. We usually see Dr. Mann, if she is not in the office we will choose Dr. Rodrigues. Both doctors are good. They do the examination quickly and carefully, and make decisions quickly. We moved to another town a few months ago, but we still choose to go to see the doctors there, even though we need to drive for half an hour. I highly recommend Reston Pediatrics.

We just love Reston Pediatric! Great location, very organized office, and excelent doctors. I strongly recommend doctor Rodrigues. He is competent, patient and very dedicated. When we were about to have a baby, we visited the clinic looking for another physician, who was recommended to my husband... she was taking care of an emergency when we arrived there. Best thing ever! Dr. Rodrigues spoke to us and we loved him. Our daughter is a toddler and Dr. Rodrigues is her pediatrician for 18 months now. One day we had to schedule an emergency appointment. So, we ended up seeing another doctor who was on call. This was a key point for us... There is a doctor always available to see you. Another important thing is the walk in appointments.. very needed sometimes!

We love this practice! So so many aspects are done so well! A sick waiting room separate from well-child one. Open hours in the mornings from around 7-9. Doctors who see your whole child (not just percentiles), trust you as a parent (when to start solids) and seek to build your confidence as carers and parents. The wonderful nurse we had was awesomely fast at delivering shots and popping the bandaids right on! You’re comforting your kiddo before you know it. Highly recommend!

My experience at Reston Pediatrics has been great. I’ve been taking my kids here for over three years. We love seeing Dr. Rodriguez; he is very personable. We have seen all the doctors here and they are all just as knowledgeable and helpful. I really like that they have a separate waiting room for the kiddos when they’re sick. Waiting time is moderate in comparison to other doctor’s offices

I have twin daughters and since there were newborns, they have been seen by Dr. Dana Lindlau and Dr. Rodriguez, both great doctors. They have a good sense of care for my daughters and I am sure they do have it for the rest of their patients as well. Whenever we need them, they are there to provide with their expertise and knowledge to make sure my daughters get the best of the best. Reston Pediatrics is a friendly place with great people.

My kids have been seeing the pediatrician’s at reston pediatrics since last 16 years. The staff and Doctors are really very nice. Specially Dr. Rodriguez... he is one of our favorite pediatrician. Dr. Lindlau is a very good doctor. Both my kids go to her. She checks them very nicely and friendly. She is a very good listener and understand very well. All the doctors and staff is very friendly. We went based on other reviews from another website and we were so happy we did. Even as a new patient they were able to make an appointment for us the following day. We waited about 20 seconds, I had not finished the paperwork yet. The Dr. interacted w/ my 8-year-old mostly which I thought was unique - I interjected when needed of course. The Dr. was very detailed w/ her past medical history and w/ the current issue. He gave us samples for a probiotic before we bought an entire bottle. We are very happy and will continue to go.

I have only been here a handful of times, but I can honestly say I LOVE them! In the short time we've been here, I am already more comfortable and at ease with their patient care, tact and diagnosing than I ever was at another well known Ashburn pediatrician - I recommend this office to everyone I know! We have been with Reston Pediatric Associates for over 15 years and have never had a complaint. Caring, dedicated and competent providers, efficient and responsive front office, and low turnaround. We mostly see Dr. Lindlau and Dr. Rodrigues, both of whom are wonderful.

Do not come to this facility! Asma, the billing manager, is condescending towards patients! Asma does not allow patients to speak and she constantly interrupts patients while they speak. She lacks customer service. The front desk staff lacks customer service! Doctor Forman is a great doctor but staff needs better training.

He has a great sense of humor and helps relax first time parents. Doctors came to the hospital frequently after delivery and helped us feel confident with our transition home. Love them! My son was a preemie and has been going to see Dr. Rodrigues since he was born. We absolutely love him - he's so grounded. You can have an honest, normal conversation with him and you're never rushed. As inexperienced parents, we have asked many, many questions over the years and never felt like we were judged - he always took extra time to answer everything. He is awesome with kids - his bedside manner is fantastic - always makes my son laugh (which is not easy when you are going to get shots).

We are extremely happy with Reston Pediatrics. We chose this practice before our son was born and they met us at the hospital after the birth to check in on us. Every time we go in, they are very accommodating and kind. They have a relaxed style that puts Mother’s at ease (which is hard to do when you have a sick newborn). In our experience, whenever our baby is sick they have always known what the cause was and have been able to tell us to the day (almost to the hour) when our child will start to feel better (whether it be nausea, a cough or a fever). I HIGHLY recommend Reston Pediatrics to anyone looking for a knowledgeable group that wants to make you feel comfortable in their care.

We waited 50 minutes for an 8 minute appointment. Two doctors were out on a Monday. I would have appreciated a call saying that the office was really backed up. I could have rescheduled or come later. The doctor said the prescription would be called in. I went to pick up 5 days later and they said there isn't a prescription on file to fill.

Dr. Rui Rodrigues is great! We have been going to him at Reston Pediatrics since my daughter's birth, she is 14 months now and I love this place. The receptionists are absolutely professional, the nurses are very sweet and the doctors are knowledgable. We visited Dr. Rui Rodrigues, Dr. Forman, Dr. Mann, and Dr. Sivo and liked all of them. Dr. Rodrigues is our favorite. He is very patient, savvy and approachable. Reston Pediatrics has a separate sick room, a 24 hour nurseline, online communication and daily walk-in hours which were often useful to us. PS: my daughter had very severe reflux from birth and is now completely cured because of the mediation Dr. Mann and Dr. Rodrigues prescribed.

We love Reston Pediatrics! We usually see Dr Rui Rodrigues for the last 3 yrs. On his recent appointments we have seen others pediatricians because my availability didn’t coincide with Dr. Rui’s schedule. Both were great with my son and very knowledgeable. The facilities are clean. The staff is very friendly and great with children. Reston Pediatrics have always been able to accommodate my son same day for a sick appointment (emergency visit) something that I value the most for a pediatric office.

We really liked this place but they moved from Reston to Leesburg and never told anyone!!! Why on earth would you just move your offices 25 minutes away and never tell your patients. To add insult to injury we can't get the medical records from them. Let me remind the people who run this place, this is a business, so act like one. You have customers who pay you treat them like customers. A doctor's office isn't government agency, it's a business. If you treat your customers like crap you won't have them anymore.

Scenario 1: We went in with our son when he was a year old with some rashes on our legs. misdiagnosed as an infectious skin condition. where as we discovered that it was a bug bite. Scenario 2: son is now 7, have been taking him for the annual check up for the past 2 years at their reston office. minor illness etc. they never told me to get an eye check up. they did the basic vision test and said that he was fine. turns out my son had an unchecked power of -3 (short sight) in one eye. because it was unchecked for so long it has made this eye lazy. I detected it when he was having difficulty reading. I do not wear glasses and never did I think that I would have to take him for an eye doctor. I wish their annuals were done better and more rigorously.

Dr. Rodrigues is an amazing pediatrician. He is always very patient even when I ask him the same questions every time. He is kind and compassionate and always takes the time to explain everything until I'm comfortable. I've never met another doctor who takes so much time to make sure the parents are comfortable with the process. I highly recommend him as a pediatrician.

I have stayed with this office ever since my son was born only because I like one of the doctors that came on board a few years ago. My son is now 18, heading to college in a few days, but was recently diagnosed by another doctor out of state as having extreme depression. I am disappointed that there is no urgency from these doctors regarding this issue. Passing the buck to a professional at the college is not the answer. Leaving it up to a young 18-year old with severe depression to navigate his way through a new environment (college) all the while trying to find a doctor? Unacceptable in my opinion. Sadly, there are quiet a few teens in the Loudoun County area that have ended their lives and it takes more than parents to keep an active eye on teens.

I’ve been here 3 times, met with 3 different doctors and I am still not quite impressed especially with the last 2 and starting to wonder where these fantastic reviews are coming from??? It is out of my way but decided to come due to these reviews posted and o must say I have not been impressed. if my upcoming visit in 2 weeks is same as the recent experience I am most definitely going somewhere else that is more convenient at least.

They have a separate sick entrance and waiting area, great hours, walk-in appointment times, great online features, etc. The staff is super friendly and they are well organized. Dr. Rui Rodrigues is a fantastic doctor and my children enjoy coming to see him. Truly a top notch practice!

I loved Reston pediatrics and taking my sons since they were born, even though they recently changed their location ( used to be less than 5 min. to my place) and have to drive 30 plus min. I never looked for a new ped. Office for my kids until recently. Reston pediatrics has a very friendly doctors and nurse staff but I can not tell the same thing for their management and especially billing office. I was having way too many problems with their billing office and their very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. They were always overcharging without conforming with insurance and not willing to work with the patient, even one time they threaten me with canceling my future appointments for insurances unpaid bills and they did not even want to contact to insurance agency to correct the wrongly submitted claims. Any ways, if you want to save yourself a phone calls between insurance agency and this nerve wracking billing office stay away from Reston Pediatrics.

We have been patients since my 9 year old daughter was a newborn. I had 3 children all born prematurely and this was a great place to go! The staff was always friendly, the nurses are great and so are the doctors - especially Dr. Mann and Dr. Shivo. We never had a very long wait and were always accommodated for sick visits. They have walk in hours for sick visits every morning, which was very helpful. We are no longer with the practice since we moved to Boston, but I will continue to recommend it to my friends in the NoVa area!
