I have been to Immediate Care multiple times! Allen and the other young lady at the front desk (I apologize I dont know her name) are always polite and efficient in getting me checked in. Medical assistants are polite and efficient in getting me ready to see the doctor. Jason and Rebecca are awesome! I've never had to wait long usually in and out within an hour. Hours are convenient so I dont miss time from work. Would highly recommend!

My 5 star rating is directly attributable to Dr. Baselga. In terms of both knowledge and compassion, she is remarkable. I initially saw her partner in a previous practice, but when he retired she merged with PMA. My daughter had been very happy with Dr. Baselga and my wife was happy with one visit she had with Dr. Baselga, so I switched to her. In the past year, I have had some unusual medical ailments and Dr. Baselga’s diagnosis has been right on each time. In addition to her impressive knowledge, she is caring and attentive. I also give the nurses and medical techs high marks, although the administrative end could use some work.

Black Friday for me (being sick is no fun) but so grateful for the outstanding experience at PMA urgent care yesterday. Front desk (I didn't ask her name was very kind, helpful and efficient. Mike the medical assistant was friendly, thorough and checked in on me while I waited for the NP. Craig, the NP, was a great listener and used my medical record as an established patient well. Got me out as quickly as possible with a solid plan. My RX was reasyat my pharmacy (across the street) when I walked in. Great friendly, evidence-based care when I really needed it. Will definitely come back.

Excellent experience. Virtually no wait, kind and caring staff. This is part of my doctor’s practice, so I’m on file so no lengthy forms to fill. I can highly recommend this office which I visited today for a sinus infection.

I went to the walk in clinic after a night of coughing. I Waited about 10 minutes to be seen. I was first seen by a clinical assistant who took vitals and talked to me about why I was there. The physician assistant came in within five minutes after that and checked me out. Sent a couple of prescriptions to pharmacy and I was done. I was there about 25 minutes. I see one of the doctors at PMA Health so all my info was in their system and I didn’t need to do fill any forms. This was the first time I tried the clinic and will definitely do it again for a same day appointment.

The service at PMA Immediate Care has been excellent each time I've been there - whether for an appointment or as a walk-in patient. The front desk/check out staff is calm, friendly, and always helpful. The medical assistants are superb, patient, and reassuring. PAs Lauren and Jason take the time to listen to all concerns, even when I know they are busy, and their diagnoses are always helpful. I leave the office feeling as if I've received outstanding care.

I love being a patient of PMA Health, they have wonderful and very highly-skilled doctors and PAs. My kids and I have also been at their Urgent Care and we got excellent service every time we were there plus waiting time is minimal compared to other places. I love it!

I have visited this clinic three times. I am always greeted pleasantly and check in is fast and efficient. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes. The manager was always at front desk and helpful to staff. The clinic is new and clean. Waiting room is clean. comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly professional and caring. They are knowledgeable and quickly triaged my problem and care plan was given with explanations. I had painful back issues which are always difficult to assess and manage. All my questions were answered and I was told how to follow up should it be needed. Jason is excellent and has helped me now three times even when I was in distress. I highly recommend this urgent care center. Parking is easy.

Love this whole practice but their Immediate Care center is the best. I know I'll get seen quickly and since all their Primary Care docs rotate through the IC facility it's usually by someone I've seen before! It's worth the drive and it doesn't cost any more than an office visit! Top quality staff and service.

Went in for a routine physical exam with Christopher L. Luk, MD. He billed me writing a prescription for a statin even though he did NO diagnosis and I had been on the medication for years. I switched primary care providers after this. Today, I went for an annual physical exam with a different doctor and brought up the issue. The doctor I saw today said he didn't practice this way and that some doctors bill to get more money from patients. I do NOT recommend anyone see Dr. Christopher Luk because of his excessive billing practices.

Saw Dr. Tabacco for a hurt shoulder and it was the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Was in and out very quickly and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful space too!

PMA is an absolutely wonderful practice. Every doc, every PA, every support person, is pleasant, straightforward, competent and trustworthy. At its Falls Church site, it offers an “immediate care” facility right next door. Today was my third visit to it. I signed up earlier in the day for one of the available times. I came in, waited a few minutes, and was seen by a PA. He decided to X-ray an area where I thought I might have fractured a rib. Even though it was close to the Saturday closing time (2pm) the PA and the physician I saw offered to wait until the lab tech had reviewed the X-rays. We did that. The physician then described what the X-rays showed (indeed a fractured rib, but thankfully not a dislocated one). We briefly discussed medications and I was out the door. If they hadn’t stayed late to give me the X-ray results, I would have spent the whole weekend worrying about them. This is typical of the courteousness of the PMA practice. Just a wonderful group of people.

When my doctor in Falls Church retired, I searched health grades dot com and found a doctor at this practice with great reviews only a few blocks from my old doctor! Have received the best of care here not only from the doctors, but the staff as well - don't understand the low reviews here on Google. I have found them to be excellent. Glad I found them!

The staff are top notch and dedicated to giving the best care possible. We've always felt peace of mind knowing we were in good hands. Opening this clinic is a true gift to the community.
