All of the doctors we have seen have been great. We especially love Dr. Shreve. He takes so much time with my little ones and gets to know me and them. We are always treated wonderful at PAR peds! We love them!

The Three Chopt location is awful! Avoid it! I took my child to see Dr. Powell to make sure she didn't have an ear infection (she was grabbing her ears a lot and not sleeping). The doctor went on and on about how I need to start sleep training. I kept trying to tell her that she is completely sleep trained and her behavior at night is why I was concerned. My daughter goes to bed and takes naps without a fuss at the same time every day! But the doctor would not listen. She didn't acknowledge that my child was getting over a cold, just placed the blame on sleep training. Then she commented on how I won't want to deal with my one year old at night when my second baby arrives (I am visibly pregnant). I found her rude and unprofessional. If you like being treated like just a number then feel free to schedule an appointment with her. Oh and don't even get me started on how dirty the floor was. I couldn't put my daughter down because she kept picking up clumps of hair. Please avoid this location and choose their Bell Creek office. The Bell Creek office is clean and the staff is always on their A game.

Big practice, just a number. Doctor's are nice, but have been wrong on more than one occasion. Support staff is unprofessional... chatting one another up at the front desk while patients wait to be checked in. Disappointed, because this group came recommended from friends with children.

I do not recommend this office for a couple reasons after going there only a handful of times. Current issue... I was just informed today 10/14/2019 that there was a billing issue that dates back to February 2018. The office clearly has my current number and have just now got around to calling. I properly forwarded my mail through the Postal office so I am confused by why I never recieved 1 bill. The fact that not 1 phone call was given in over a year is ridiculous. I am going to recieve paperwork to my current address to sort this out. Clearly the order of operations at this office has been messy for some time and I hope it is not a struggle to sort out this issue.

This weekend morning was a scary one for my family. Thanks to business like Pediatric Associates Of Richmond l have a well qualified place to take my child. WOW! Every step was professional handle and most importantly, was done in a timely manner. We left their with a peace of mind. Thanks to Dr. Webber and his staff their this morning. You guys were great!

I LOVE the doctors at Pediatric Associates, Dr. Snead, Dr. Grabil and Dr. Dalton are our favorites. All have gone above and beyond for my little girl at one point or another, but I have to agree with the poster above about the appointment scheduling being a bit annoying. I'm glad I don't have to wait for a call back when my little one is sick, but getting a well visit or check up appointment can be a bit of a challenge with my scheduled, and I haven't always gotten a call back. I would still highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a group of caring doctors who can give it to you straight, TELL you when they are not sure about something and will do the research to find out if they don't know the answer, then this is the place for you. The scheduling inconvenience is a small price to pay when you know your kids are in great hands.

This doctor office is amazing! We go to the Three Chopt location and everyone has been so amazing caring for our newborn phoebe. We absolutely love doctor Map, sullivillian, chu, Melissa Nelson, Powell and Lauren freeman. Every doctor we have met has been fantastic. ( we haven’t met all the doctors yet) We had a 10 day stay in the PICU when phoebe was born and the doctors knew we needed to go to the hospital. Last night they also sent us to saint Mary’s because phoebe was sick and needed further investigation. They are thoughtful, and efficient. I know my daughter is in great hands.

Great drs. Whole staff is wonderful. Cool aquariums keep kids entertained. Have been able to get same day sick visits when I need it.

Came in highly recommended, but that reputation is based on a Dr. that you can't get in to see in a reasonable amount of time (2-3 months). Overall takeaway should be that if you're willing to wait months to see a great doctor and don't mind being treated like a number on unscheduled visits, then this is your place. Specific complaints: 1.) They have so many families there that they don't really know you. Saw the PA in the morning, told we would get a call that afternoon, followed up near 5 and she didn't even remember seeing us. Happened multiple times. 2.) Billing shenanigans - they billed an initial visit (so we could get a flu shot) as an annual visit incorrectly, then refused to change it because they said many of the checks were the same. This is only important when we changed doctors and got a real annual check we were stuck with the bill. 3.) Lactation consultant, upon hearing our son might have a dairy intolerance, immediately recommended formula, without mentioning practical ways to eliminate dairy in my wife's diet. Didn't seem engaged at all.

I'm a new mom, and didn't start with this practice, but it's been a great improvement from the last office I went to. The provider staff is large, and I have met a couple of them that I didn't feel a good connection with. But I've found several doctors and NPs that have been amazing. Tonight I called Dr Grabill while he was on call, and I can't say enough great things about this man. He was calming and assured, he explained everything throughly and made me feel confident that my child was in good hands. I was so comforted by his bedside manner that I had to get on line to post this review. Id advise parents to give this office a try, and not wright it off after meeting one provider that wasn't on the same page as you. To add, the front desk as always been polite, and that is a hard quality to find in a doctors office.

We have been going to this practice for 15 years. We love them but some doctors are better than others. Our favorites are Dr. Snead, Dr. Powell, and Dr. Weber. Their extended hours and weekend emergency hours have been a huge help to us as well. The doctors and some of the longtime staff know us by name. I definitely do not feel like just a number there.
