From the moment our little one was born till now (Vivian is 7 months old now) Dr.Kim has been our "go to" doctor. He answer all our stupid first time parent questions with patients and thorough explanation. Whenever we call for any urgent questions or need of help he is always there to guide us through (nights of fever and such) even on holidays. His staff speaks english and korean fluently and it puts my concerning mom at ease when she hears from Doctor himself that everything is ok with her grand daughter. Dr. Kim is the doctor of our firstborn and will be for next 1 or 2 more children.

Quality care and extremely professional staff. Had some after hours issue with my son and Dr Kim called us back in no time to answer our questions! Highly recommend him to anyone. It’s quite the drive for us but worth it for the kind of care we get for our son!

Written by my wife: Dr. Kim is a gentle, kind, and compassionate doctor, which I believe is a rare find here in the DMV metropolis. He is never in a rush even when I'm late. He's always 100% there in the exam room and is very thorough. A couple of times I called him in the middle of the night and he called me back! He even call me back at 3am in the morning because my baby/toddler had a fever! Who does that? He cares and that's what matter. When I quit my job to be a home mom, I lost the medical insurance benefit and half of household's income. I had no choice but to get health insurance from the Affordable Healthcare system, which there wasn't much to choose from and we ended up with HMO-Kaiser Permanente. I didn't like that. It's hard to find good doctors who you can trust with yours and your family's health and in this case it's my children's health. After a few months, I had to look for a way to get back to Dr. Kim and we are so glad we found something we could afford through a medi-share program and Dr. Kim is actually in their network. We have been back ever since. We have been with Dr.Kim since our first child's birth! We currently have two little boys now and hopefully more to come. I don't forsee my family going anywhere else and actually really happy to see that my children will know and get to know their doctor and his staffs as they are growing up :) Dr. Kim's staffs are awesome! They are so nice. The clinic is kid's friendly, beautifully designed, and it is always clean! Thank you Dr. Kim for your selfless service!

Dr.Kim is a good doctor but the office is run by a bunch of Incompetent people. How can you see a doctor if you can't even make an appointment. He is understaffed and ill staffed. I wish the best for him and all his patients but he needs to do something about people answering the phones and running his office. With the passing of our beloved Pediatrician, who doctor Kim used to work for before opening his own practice, i called to make the switch. My children already had their physicals so they didn't need a well check up we had no plan on switching practices. I was told by the staff that I needed a new patient appointment which I was happy to do weeks away. OK fine but the staff with having issues scheduling it as a well appointment or a physical which my children did not need (So I would end up paying out of pocket insurance wouldn't cover it.) After being transferred multiple times to make a "new patient appointment" and giving my info I was told that there is no "new patient appointment"!@#? There are only sick or well appointments. The office staff then Instructed me to wait to make a sick appointment so that I could come in same day or the next day as a sick patient new patient. Fast forward to today my son is sick I called to make an appointment they said the next appointment they can do for any new patient sick or not is not until November, almost 2 weeks away! I know it is a process to become a new patient that is why I tried to take care of it in advance. To see the response from the office is a sad attempt to make it seem like I was asking for something extremely difficult, when in reality I was simply following their own instructions. Clearly I am not the 1st one star rating either. Super sad this didn't work out, Dr and location would've been perfect.

Absolutely love him! He is such a kind and gentle soul! He takes care of my three children, my four month old is always so content when he is checking over her. Only cries with shots but that is almost a given when recieving shots. I would recommend him to anyone!!

The whole staff here has always been wonderful and pleasant to deal with. My daughter just turned one and we’ve never had any issues. Anytime my daughter has been sick we always get to talk to Dr. Kim personally. He even answered the phone on a Sunday when I was fully expecting to leave a message! At the end of every check up, we get a print out of the visit as well. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kenneth has been a blessing for our family, especially for Candice. He was always available to help - early in the morning or late in the evening, he answers your phone call. In case of urgency, he tries to make a spot for you on the same day. As other reviewers mentioned, he's is very gentle and polite. Unlike other doctors, he tries to listen to all of our concerns first before anything else. I can't thank him enough. Thank you Dr. Kenneth!

I've been taking my daughter to Dr. Kim for about a year now and just like the other reviews say he have been a blessing to my little girl. She is constantly getting ear infections and Dr. Kim and his staff has always been there for her. I noticed that his staff always gets him on the phone for me when I have questions about her medications or what to do and not do. My daughter also had one of her ear drum rupture and Dr. Kim took really good care of her. Love her Doctor and her staff. Highly recommend him for your little ones and as a parent is really nice having a Pediatrician that you know you can trust and count on! THANK YOU DR. KIM AND YOUR STAFF FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR MY LITTLE ONE!!

This is our first child and we are super nervous. Love doctor Kim and his staff. The front desk is always so sweet and friendly. The doctors medical staff are professional and always so sincere in the care they provide. Doctor Kim is always available to answer questions regarding our newborn. We leave a message and he has always called back the same day to answer whatever questions. We couldn’t be more happier with our choice to go with doctor Kim for our newborn care. Update: our son is now a year old. We are so grateful to Doctor Kim and his team for getting us through the first year. We will definitely stay with doctor Kim for his professional care. Some Pros: 1. He will always try to call back with whatever questions you have. He's always so nice on the phone and never sounds annoyed or irritated (even with the stupidest questions we may have asked). 2. Very organized and love that everything can be viewed online through their portal. Their office is super clean (a bonus for ocd parents). 3. Scheduling is flexible or they try hard to get you in for last minute "sick" visits. 3. Vaccinations can be scary, but he is good with explaining what is given and why, as well as answering any phone calls you may have if your child has reactions. 4. They provide samples of vitamin d, formulas, toddler formula etc (another bonus). This makes it helpful, so you don't end up spending $ on something... only to find your kid hates it. As a registered nurse myself, I have a tendency to worry too much when it comes to my son's health. I feel really blessed to have found an honest, professional, and kind doctor to provide excellent care for our son.
