I give 3 star because the waiting time is 45 minutes to an hour. Anytime im here no matter well check ups or sickness have to wait too long for the doctor to show up. Its really frustrating.. on the other hand all the staff are so sweet and friendly..

This practice is amazing! I pulled my daughter from Swift Creek Pediatrics when she was 2 because of rude and unprofessional treatment and took her to Huguenot Pediatrics because they were well recommended and I have had nothing but positive experiences with all of the doctors at this practice! My daughter sees Dr. Cullen (who is amazing) but on sick visits, which make up the majority of Dr. visits we have seen multiple doctors and even the nurse practicioner whom are all fantastic! And... as far as the wait is concerned (mentioned by other responders) we rarely wait over 5 minutes unless they have fit us into the schedule when my daughter is really sick. This doctors office is excellent and my child who is now almost 11 loves everyone there as well, especially the girls at the front desk. After witnessing what other pediatricians do and how they treat their patients, it personally offends me that one father who didnt get the PERSONAL attention HE felt HE deserved left such a nasty review of such an amazing office.

The wait times here are RIDICULOUS. We’ve waited over 30 minutes in an exam room and there were no other patients being seen. Very disappointing. At others time we have waited over an hour.

We have been going here for two years and they are just great. Always same day appointment, never having to wait to long, always listening to you when you speak. Each doctor is great as well so we are happy with whoever we see.

Don't understand the first reviewer complaining like a woman on her period. But as a young father, I've had nothing but good dealings with everyone from the front desk, to Dr Saunders herself. This is honestly the best practice I've been to. She looked after myself along with my kid sister and brother and now takes great care with my daughter. This place is amazing.

This place is a Joke. They give you a 15 mins time window. We get here about 11 mins into the 15 minute time window. They said as long as your here within that 15 mins. I register and checkin before the 15 time window. Then they tell me she cant be seen per the DR. Its a 53 minute drive here for me one way. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone. You would be better off seeing a crackhead on the street corner than deal with these people here. I can guarantee that your local crack head is more honest and forthcoming.

We switched to this practice when our son was 6 years old. He is now 19 and still goes there! They now see patients unit they are 27 years old. What a great practice. Dr. Saunders is wonderful. So are the other doctors. The front desk staff are polite and friendly! We highly recommend this practice.

We switch to Huguenot Pediatrics after not being happy with our previous Dr. We love Dr Kancitis and Dr Cullen.They partner with parents on what's best and appropriate for the child. Their extened office hours are convenient and office staff are very friendly.

Dr. Cullen is a kind, knowledgeable and dependable physician, and my children love her. Both of the ladies at the Front Desk will greet you with a smile, and the nurses are wonderful, too - Renee treats my kids like they are her own.

Been coming here for about a year after relocating. Never really got the warm feeling when talking to the doctors. It definitely felt like they were just hitting the bullets and didn’t really know nor cared for my children. Not a requirement for some but I look for that with the medical professionals treating my kids. Also we always had to wait. Every time. The one time I was late they had to reschedule me. Then I asked if they gave a grace period and she said 15 minutes which I was within. And then she said that my child was a well visit so the grace period didn’t apply? Won’t be going back...

The wait times can be frustrating (30min+) but they are a great practice. We love Dr. Cullen.

We initially seen Dr. Cullen who was great! Then I had to take my daughters to urgent care after hours where we met Dr. Saunders. She was awesome as well! I highly recommend these two doctors.

Dr Kancitis refused to have a conversation about our choices for a vaccination schedule with our son and, as a child would do, decided to give my wife the silent treatment instead. Her nurse accused me of incorrectly recalling information about a test result from the birth of my son - to the point where she wouldn’t admit she was wrong after pulling the result from her computer. Then she was increasingly rude about her mistake. The birth of your child and care of your infant is an extremely sensitive time. This practice lacked a lot of sensitivity and wasted our time.

We Love Dr. Cullen and Dr. Saunders! We have been taking our kids here since our first was born over 10 years ago and now all three of our boys go here. I would not go anywhere else! ~ Jennifer Chapman
