No continually of care. The surgeon Dr. Gohil would not see my husband, when he had a problem. He passed the buck to unknown gastroenterologist.

A referral was sent for me and I waited more than a week without hearing a word before I finally called to see if my appointment was scheduled. When I called, it was as though it was no big deal that my referral was there but that nothing had been done about it. TERRIBLE customer service and such a reflection of the inept system that Carilion has. Additionally, the first appointment they had available was over 7 weeks away. It's really a shame that when people actually need expert care, the scheduling and efficiency are sub par. While the healthcare providers themselves are fine, the system needs a serious overhaul.

Long time patient of Dr Dye. Since he moved to Carillion it is near impossible to get an appointment. I have Crohn’s disease and when having a flare or related problem I cannot get in to see the doctor quickly - next available appointments are 3 months out! I will be looking for another doctor outside of the Carillion group as soon as possible unless something is done to improve their patient servicing.

They messed up on mygirlfriend ja ie cregar besides getting tumor out they put stints in now she has infection in her now they dont want to bother her. Big lawsuit coming.

Horrible scheduling!! My husbands colonoscopy has been rescheduled three times. This last time we were not made aware of the change until preregistration called two weeks before procedure. I was told that our letter was sent out in error. Not what I was told when scheduling... Also we never received a letter for the new date- although we have the other two from before. Ridiculous!!!
