Recently moved and was calling to get my shots record faxed to my new Doctor's office. Was originally told that was possible, then wound up being on hold for 45 MINUTES until the PSAs switched to say that the office was now closed. I have never been more dissasatified.

Dr. Fisher and his nurses are the best! But that new Dr. Kockler is the absolute worst. I would rather go to the ER and wait 4 hours to be seen than to ever take my children to see her again.

if you can actually get to the doctors then they are great. But getting past the office staff is a chore. I called to ask about the flu clinic and they said, 'can't schedule appt for same day'. Ok, when is the next clinic?... 5 min wait, the answer... 'on Saturday'. My response, what time Sat. "Please hold.... 5 min"..... X-Y time. I can't come then, when is the next clinic? "please hold...." 15 min later I hung up. Come on, common sense people. Hire some staff with it. Typical medical clinic, short staffed with no common sense and great doctors with no time to actually treat patients.. Ugh.. US healthcare system sucks. Look at the reviews... each negative one has to do with the office staff. I see a trend here.

Dr. Fisher and his nurses are the best! But that new Dr. Kockler is the absolute worst. I would rather go to the ER and wait 4 hours to be seen than to ever take my children to see her again.

I would t give them negative stars. I always wait a hour longer than my appointment time. The other day when I went to get my sons school physical and booster shots I was treated very rudely by a older female dr after they didn’t allow me to see his regular dr. The nurse was extremely rough and uncaring to my son while giving him shots and taking blood. We were told he was dirty because he had marker stains on his hands from coloring earlier that day. And they refused to give me the record for school and stated they would fax them two days later the dr never signed them and never sent them to the school which caused him to not be able to start school

There is a woman at the front desk, Susie, who is the sweetest woman I have ever talked to. She made me feel a lot less stressed and helped me understand the possibilities for my son. Love this office.

Absolutely the best drs office aroudnd for children. I have been using this office for 10 years with my 4 children. The kids love them.

I had to wait over on hour to be seen for my last 2 appointments. Why bother making appointments? They were supposed to fax a prescription to the pharmacy and never did. When I called repeadly I was hung up on until the office closed. Not taking phone calls 20 minutes before closing is a horrible way to do business. Not pleased at all.

Treated HORRIBLY by Dr. BROOKS every time my baby has been to see her. Pays little to no attention to actual concerns I’ve had as a first time mother on any of our visits and was not only extremely rude but incredibly dismissive when answering my questions. When I tried explaining that the treatment she recommended wasn’t helping instead of listening she not only interrupted but also raised her voice. Such a wonderful way to treat patients! Will NEVER allow her anywhere near my child again! If you’re a new mom, especially one struggling with PPD I highly suggest you stay clear of her!

Best Drs and Staff around. Wish they saw adults! Dr Fisher, Dr Martinsen, Dr Gwaltney and Dr Gunther are just a few of the incredible Doctors there. And their staff is top notch! They work with the parents and value their opinions and concerns as well, all while keeping the child's best interest the main priority!

Went in to transfer my files 2 months ago for my kids and no one has called me yet to set an appt. called their office and left a message for Susie bc no one knows what happened to my kids files and why they weren't in the system. She wasn't even available and never called me back . Horrible horrible! Called two days in a row and Susie was not in and no one knows what happened so I asked them to cancel my transfer and I'm going with someone else

Dr. Gwaltney is in sync with a parents wants and children's needs. He supports your vision for your child while making sure your child is cared for. Great personality and warm bedside manner.
