Well organized professional office with after hours and weekend care

I have to agree with previous reviews, this place is extremely unorganized. They've been going through system transitions and construction for the past 2 years and it's been nothing but a headache from a customer perspective. To top it all off, they're closed 12-1PM for lunch. I get they want to have lunch, but I fail to understand how they can't find some other solution besides shutting the phone lines off entirely.

I could get over the dumpy office space in an office park if the staff hadn't been completely rude. Well visits are routinely scheduled with PAs instead of the doctors, and the PAs leave much to be desired. I wish I could give it zero stars.

We've been taking our son here since he was born. The staff and doctors are all wonderful. We had one of the nurses as our maternity nurse while at the hospital and was thrilled she worked here too. Everyone there is really great. They take a lot of time with you and answer every question. We've been able to bring our child in whenever we need to on the same day. We really love this place.

This place is the most disorganized doctors office I have ever seen. They provide such a low standard of care that theh should be shut down.

30-45 min wait each time. They will talk about your child like they aren’t even in the same room.

The Doctors and staff here are definitely not professional. They share confidential information with people who have not been authorized to have the information. They express personal opinions about their patient's parents and grandparents. In cases of divorced parents they attempt to play one parent against the other. The physicians assistant is totally unqualified and has misdiagnosed patient illnesses. The receptionists are very rude and completely lack customer service skills. This practice should be closed permanently.
