This pediatric is the best they are very friendly and loving and always do an awesome job at being funny, friends, loving, caring, and amazing.... This place is the best pediatrics office to go they will get you in sick and out much, much better. I reccomend this pediatric for your child.

My son had Dr. Bornstein and when he left started seeing Dr. Firer. My son was super nervous at first never have met him but now he loves him! And Dr. Firer was so great with him even though he was tough at first. I love that he remembers us without looking at a chart too!

I took my daughter to Revere-Winthrop Pediatrics 15 years ago. My daughter is now 16 years old and everytime she gets sick, she tells me she needs a doctor for young adults. Then we go and see Dr. Chua or Dr. Weinstein and Stephanie the Nurse who does some tests all the while calming my daughter’s fears-then we are happy we still go there! The staff are so welcoming and patient. I am hoping she can still go there for a year or two more before she turns 18 and has to switch doctors. As her Mom who knows how boring an adult doctor’s office is, it is still kind of nice to see the little ones in the wait room -amusing everyone who enters at Revere-Winthrop Pediatrics.

This doctor’s office needs an audit by state officials. The office is in disrepair; they will say it is being renovated but almost nothing has happened in 9 months. The lead doctor made it clear to us that there is no need to renovate. The staff is rude and incompetent. They did not record my 4 month old daughter’s vaccinations. They did not have the staff log who gave the vaccines. There is no communication about this and no answers why it was done improperly. They recorded our address wrong but it took months to find this out. They also told us our insurance wasn’t accepted after two months and when I asked why they said it was a mistake. I have no idea how Children’s sustains a partnership with them. They will be reported to every agency possible. Think twice before sending you child here. They will not respond to this review because there are no truthful rebuttals to issues outlined here.

Since I have been bringing in my boys to see Dr. Firer I get to see first hand how patients and families should be treated. From the front staff to the Medical Assistant, everyone is so kind and wonderful. Wish I would have known about this place when my boys were born I would have never wasted my time at MGH Chelsea or with Dr. Budge
