Pioneer Valley Pediatric Dentistry is the only place I will take my kids! My family and I are will never switch dentists again!! If you are looking for a fantastic dentist who will make your child love going to the dentist instead of dreading it, PVPD is the place!! My son had a terrible experience at his first dentist and he was petrified to go back there; so we switched dentists and still were not happy with the care provided. We never felt like our son was being treated with the upmost care; or that his previous dentist trauma was being taken into account. Everything changed when we decided to go to Pioneer Valley! Dr. Ashish was comforting and sympathetic toward our son and treated him like I would have, lovingly and gently. He didn’t rush into anything and made sure our son was totally at ease and calm before beginning. At Pioneer Valley, my husband and I were welcomed into the back to be with our son the entire time, and through the entire procedure. Which was never allowed at previous dentists; we were told to wait in the lobby while our son was panicking in the back, alone. At PVPD we were included in the decision process and Dr. Ashish explained everything to us, which assured us that our son was in the absolute best hands possible to do the job! Dr. Ashish was able to repair the damage done to my sons mouth and he did so in a calm way that set my mind and most importantly, my sons mind at ease. After being with PVPD for almost 3 years now, my son (& his younger brother) have remained cavity free and actually enjoy going to the dentist; Which is priceless! The kids are never scared to go to Dr. Ashish or the PVPD team because they practice dentistry with respect to the patient and the family! We literally couldn’t be any more thrilled with them and will happily continue being patients of theirs!!

I can’t say enough good things about this practice! Dr. Ashish is so very kind to our 5 year old son and has so much patience for ALL of my questions. Our son needed extensive work to his entire mouth and the surgery was flawless without any complications. His follow up post operatively and preventative care is extremely thorough. My son is two and came in for his first ever dentist visit. It was quick and easy and the dentist was very friendly. I was nervous that it would be a bad experience since it was my son's first visit, but the dentist and staff was very great with him. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

We are always greeted with warm smiles from all of the staff. They are very kind and caring with the children. They answer any and all questions that either adults or children have. When my son pulled out a spacer, I called the office in a slight panic and was quickly reassured that it wasn't going to pose any problems. When my daughter chipped a tooth, they got her in the next day to see what needed to be done to fix it. A couple of days later you couldn't tell she ever had a chipped tooth!

Such a kind and caring stuff! Literally everyone was happy, polite and pleasant to speak with, from the receptionist , the dental hygienist, to the dentist himself. My 2 year old daughter usually takes a while to warm up to new people, let alone someone who is going to be going into her mouth to check her teeth. She was smiling the whole way back to the dentist chair and laughing with the hygeniest. Literally within 2 minutes of sitting in the chair her dentist came out and was so kind and welcoming that my 2 year old little girl did not even cry once! Our kids love going here. Dr. P is friendly and informative, the hygienists are kind and have a gentle, very child-appropriate way of cleaning their teeth. They are certainly helping our kids to grow up knowing the importance of a clean and healthy mouth. My 2 year old had her first appt today! There were tons of toys in the waiting room my daughter loved. The front desk lady was very friendly on the phone & in person. The nurse was patient with my child & the doctor was very kind & got right to the point. Informative & quick! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the front entrance & some cosmetics inside. The front entry was extremely ratty/old & difficult to know whether to go up the stairs or open the door to the right. Overall we had a wonderful experience here! Recommended

We travel 30 mins for good dentistry for my 9 year old. We were going to keene nh, but the dentist traumatized my boy, so greenfield it was. These people in this office are beyond amazing with my son. He had anxiety when it comes to dentist because of the past. These people make us both feel welcome. I am aloud in the room (chair outside Room) they explain every single step to him. He leaves happy, and he is always excited that he gets a good report! Pioneer Valley Pediatric Dentist has to be the best around. My 3 kids absolutely hated the dentist. They would give me a hard time just getting in the car to go there. After there first appointment with Dr. Ashish, I haven't had an issue. There actually racing to see who can get inside the dentist first. They actually argue over whos being first. There staff is great and very involved with my kids on a social bases. They definitely get 5 stars from my family. If you make the hard decision to leave your current practice, like I did years ago. Dr. Ashish is very thorough and thoughtful- he takes his time with my son and explains everything. My son first came in at 3 with a cracked tooth from a bounce house collision and the staff were able to get us an appointment right away. Dr. Ashish made sure my son was pain free and answered all of my questions. My son really enjoys going to the dentist and loves getting his special prize at the end.

Dr. Ashish and his staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions we may have.
