Absolutely fantastic! The staff was friendly, I had my wisdom teeth out and they even covered me with a blanket so I wouldn’t get chilly. They made sure I was comfy and understood everything that was going on! I would recommend them to anyone who needs their wisdom teeth removed!

Rob Levey

I was traveling through the area, and one of my wisdom teeth finally "let go." They made space for me and took care of me within two hours. I highly recommend and appreciate the professionalism and customer service exemplified here.

Got my wisdom teeth removed here and it was a breeze, friendly surgeon and I healed within a few days, I was feeling better the next day.

Brittany Rice

Daughter had tooth pulled today, staff was amazing! Will surely recommend any parents having to have their child for any dental surgeries to go see them from the receptionist giving me full directions to the lovely assistant coaching mine and my daughter nerves down and helping down to the car.

I would like to respond to the two negative reviews that are listed. I just learned these reviews were published and I know this reply is quite late. I am sorry for these bad experiences. I believe they are unusual for our office as we strive to do the best for all our patients at all times. We are a surgical office and we do run behind schedule at times depending on the surgical cases. We give our full attention to the patient having surgery at the time and sometimes this does cause our other patients to have to wait. I absolutely agree that communication is key when this occurs and the patients in the reception area should be acknowledged and told there will be a delay. We appreciate constructive feedback at all times. We do receive many thank you notes and positive comments about our doctors and staff being caring, friendly, attentive individuals, so I believe these are unusual situations and not our norm. Dr Glosser and the entire staff are so wonderful!! I was treated with respect by helpful and cheerful staff and the doctor did a great job extracting my bad tooth. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone needing highly skilled specialty dental work.

I recently had a tooth go into extreme pain and I was able to get an appointment for an extraction within 24hrs which I GREATLY appreciated. I found the staff to be professional and Dr Glosser to be very personable. I have a lot of anxiety when dealing with dental procedures and he put me right at ease. 15minutes later the deed was done and recovery so far has been painless. Thanks for the quick appointment and your dental expertise.

I have NEVER been told by a doctor, Robert Lesny, that they will NOT return phone calls to patients if they have questions. I brought my daughter in today for a wisdom teeth consultation and was shocked to hear when Dr. Lesny told me that if I had any additional questions after the consultation, he would not return my calls because that is their practice. SERIOUSLY?! What doctor does not return phone calls to patients that have follow-up questions?! We will be happily taking our business elsewhere. I give his practice ZERO stars.

Both clerical and clinical staff at NEOS are very knowledgable and professional. If you need your wisdom teeth removed I highly recommend Dr Lesny, as I've had no issues since the surgery. What was originally a stressful situation became much smoother thanks to their insight and skill. Thank you!

I must issue a strong rebuttal to the negative reviews of Dr. Glosser. The people that wrote them see to have a feeling of extreme entitlement. The first reviewer had an infection before the surgery, and considering the tone of her complaint, I do not believe for one second that she speaks any differently with or without a toothache. The second reviewer complained about waiting too long, however if he was the one on the operating table and the doctor was trying to fix him properly, which takes time sometimes, would he have any sympathy for the next person that had to wait so he could be fixed properly? I doubt it. If you need help with your oral health, Jeff Glosser is the best person you will find.

Their employees are terrible. We arrived at 8:45 for my daughter's 9:00 appointment, after checked in, we waiting there more than 1 hour, and nobody came out to explain anything to me until I asked. Then they told me we need to wait another 30 minutes, but end up we waited another 70 minutes! Even if you have perfect reason to let people wait, you at least need to let them know that they are supposed to wait.

Samantha Perkins

I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth out. I was scared of the surgery itself and whether or not I’d be ok. Everyone here made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe. I would recommend anyone that has to get their wisdom teeth removed to go here!

Jeff Lackey

I had my wisdom teeth removed today and the staff and doctor was great! Thanks guys!!

These guys are amazing. So comforting, laid back yet professional. The entire staff worked so well together prepping for surgery. Dr. Glosser had my wisdoms out quick, easy, no pain what so ever the next day. Highly recommend! They are funny too which is always a plus!

Brian Segit

Amazing staff! Had my wisdom teeth out today and everyone that works here is amazing and very knowledgeable. My pregnant wife missed breakfast this morning and one of the employees went and grabbed her some snacks that she had brought in for herself. Another employee asked if our parking meter was ok. It was running out so he went down 4 stories into the parking lot and added some of his own change. The list goes on, I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend them!

Everyone is always smiling and friendly - from the receptionists to the nurses and techs, to the doctors. I had my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Glosser and aside from the physical discomfort, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend New England Oral Surgery.

My regular dentist sent me here to have a tooth extracted. The tooth was infected when they removed it, so they gave me penicillin. All was fine until the next day. The whole side of my face was swollen and very painful. When I got to work I called this office and told the “receptionist” about my face and requested a doctor’s note for my supervisor as my procedure was only suppose to be a normal extraction. She was the most unpleasant, rudest person I have EVER had the displeasure to deal with. SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE WHILE I WAS STILL SPEAKING TO HER! I must say I was in no way unpleasant or rude to her; I was too ill and weak to argue. I phoned back and spoke to another incompetent employee who “spoke” to one of the dentists at the office who diagnosed me over the phone: “it is probably a hematoma”. As I stated above I was too weak to argue, so I went to the hospital emergency room. They took one look at me and admitted me immediately and put me on an antibiotic drip. I learned a valuable lesson this day: Not everyone who works in health care should. How devoid these women were of sympathy or kindness. I am still not completely over this experience; it has shaken me to the core.
