My husband and I have been at this facility for years- today was the last day. Both our primaries have moved on, go figure- and I saw a fill in, Laurie Montague MD. I have never had a more flip attitude from a nurse, or a more condescending doctors visit lasting only two minute of my life, in a necessary appointment for a non narcotic refill of anti-anxiety medication. Laurie was annoyed I made the appointment in their office for a “ mental health prescription”. “We don’t do that, and you don’t need this, why are you here”? Wow. That is the question of the day. If she is this dismissive of my needs that are not at this moment critical, I am sorry the severity in which her manor could adversely effect a person suffering with depression and anxiety. If you have mental health related concerns related to anxiety, depression, or substance use disorders- I strongly recommend seeing a facility equipped with the tools to be supportive and manage your appointment properly. I left without my necessary prescription and a horrible experience. Laurie was most unpleasant- and I don’t recommend. Next!

This place has changed sooo much since Dr. Thayer left. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The doctors treat you like a number not a patient. I've gone here for over 10 years and I refrain from going back!

Poor appointment scheduling process via telephone. Too many times on hold for very long periods, 10 minutes plus. Medical staff is competent. Too long waiting in patient rooms waiting for physician or nurse.

Leaving this practice after 20 years. Something is very wrong with the way this place is now run. Took me three calls over two weeks to get the staff to respond to my pharmacy's request for a prescription update. I just suffered a heart attack, diagnosed with heart disease, released with advice to coordinate with my PC. Left a message my PC to call me to make sure I had backup in case I had issues. No response, no calls. I'm assuming they never reached out to the hospital, may be another two weeks before they educate themselves on my condition...but I wouldn't bet on it... Stay away...

I called to make an appointment with my primary care provider because urgent care found 2 tick borne illnesses in a blood test last week, and I've had a headache for 10 days straight, I'm nauseated, weak, dizzy... I spoke with Tori. She spent 6 minutes "finding" an appointment, and stated that they "just changed systems and it makes it a lot harder to find appointments". She finally found one on June 21. I asked if I could be put on the cancellation list. She said they don't have one, and that I should just call back every single day to see if there are any cancellations that day. I asked what if I call at 8, but someone later cancels at 10, would I need to call at 10:01? She said "Whatever works best for you". I asked her to write my name and number down, and put it on a post it note next to the phone and if someone cancels to call me. She said okay, but then said "I'm not the only one answering the phones". Like she can't communicate that to the other people in the office? Why is this so hard? Tori, your tone was condescending and unprofessional.
