I don't care how good a doctor may be, patients do not like being lied too. Dr. Soares wrote me a prescription for my dry eye. It was sent to Express Script They faxed him requesting the reason. He never responded and his office staff very incompetent didn't know to take care of situation. I called Express Scripts and they said he doesn't respond. Tried another prescription the same thing. Then the Dr. says he didn't do it because they wanted $9.00. BIG LIE NO CHARGE ONE MONTH NO MEDS.

I would like to add the following as of today: I have had dry eye ever since Dr. Soares performed strabismus surgery on me. I am very upset and will put this on Yelp. I was told this by one of my doctors and will follow up and inform others so they can find someone else to perform their surgery.

Very thankful to have found this office. Dr. Soares spent a great deal of time with my son to properly evaluate his vision. The techs were very kind and helpful, as well as the front desk staff. 5 stars hands down.

Had my second lazy eye surgery by Dr. Soares, he did a wonderful job and my eye is just now starting to drift back after 7 years. Much longer then i expected it to last!
