Best pediatrician ever!! We always get greeted with smiling faces and we never have to wait to be seen. Dr Looney is our main doc but we've seen others there and it's always a pleasant experience.

Terrible experience. Now I know why there is never a wait to be seen. The nurse who I spoke to over the phone was rude, everyone has a bad day but twice now when I had to speak with her, she was rude and sounded bothered. Bad customer service. During our last visit the dr spent more time and cared more talking about himself and running the show. Won’t be trusting this self serving circus with my children.

Love this place! Just wish the wait times weren't as long!

**I am not one to write reviews, but I deemed this necessary. Fore warning of lengthy review:*** I was immensely disappointed in the lack of interpersonal skills by the Medical Secretary, Eric C. My eldest, which has medical needs, was denied an appointment because they hadn’t received all the medical records from my YOUNGEST child. I tried to convey the importance of my eldest being seen. Furthermore, what did my youngest have to do with my eldest? He invalidated my concerns stating, “ its “policy” we receive medical records of ALL patients in the household before we see anyone...” I requested to read this absurd “policy”- of course he said no. I went as far as to call St. Peters hospital, Dr. Kroopnik, Dr. Giombetti, and all of them said it didn’t make sense why they couldn’t see my eldest especially considering he is medicated. In conclusion, I felt this was a bad first impression. Delmar Pediatric’s office management, should consider retraining the frontline staff on their interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.

Switching my daughter from my hometown pediatrician to this practice was a big and disappointing change. The doctors hardly introduce themselves or ask questions about your child. Aside from her growth and general vitals they really don't get into development, milestones, emotional growth, family life, etc. It felt rushed and impersonal every time we were there. We left the practice.

WOW, Just wow. My Son's mother let his monthly perscription expire and did not address it and did not call for a refill in a timely manner. When I called to correct this I was told that they did would not send I Rx to the pharmacy until 6 PM becasue that was the Dr policy. Meanwhile a child has been without medication. I understand P&P I work in the hospital and when you have an issue with meds you get the probelm fixed, PERIOD!

The receptionists always remember my daughter and it is honestly such a nice feeling! I like all the doctors and the nurse practitioner and feel like they are trustworthy and knowledgeable. They have put a lot of my worries at ease.

My son was a patient here for two years until we were coerced into finding a new provider due to a basic billing issue that could have been respectfully resolved. Instead, my family was left feeling that we were not of any importance to this practice, simply because of our high deductible insurance plan. The practitioners here tout their strong medical credentials, but everything else about this practice is mediocre. With the exception of Dr. Larner (whom we had a more positive experience with) this practice is run by individuals who lack the genuine empathy and basic interpersonal skills needed to provide truly personalized and compassionate pediatric care.
