Dr Faulkner is nice. Very dry and boring. Not great with kids. Don't answer any questions during your child's physical. Even if no additional exam is done as soon as that additional diagnosis code is added their billing department fraudulently charges an additional visit when no other visit was done. They bill unauthorized additional fees without your consent. Don't question it or tell them your primary insurabce rejected a charge due to it being possibly fraudulent as that is what happened with my primary insurance. Their office will threaten to stop treating your kids. Their office staff is rude and refuse to be at fault for anything. They can't even bill insurances correctly. Twice I was sent a bill because they deleted my son's secondary policy for no reason. They still billed me again after calling their office and letting them know the secondary insurance was still active. They don't know how to do their jobs properly whatsoever. Their only asset is Dr Wicksman.

Always a problem getting med refills, referrals, refused blood test for Lyme when our kid was showing symptoms and Dr Faulkner was basically useless. No bedside manner, never there. The worst pediatrician.
