DESCRIPTION

You will be able to see the feddbacks of real people like you who know the services and products of CapitalCare Pediatrics Clifton Park (Doctor) in the area close to Vermont.

At the present the firm has a score of 3.9 out of 5 and this rating has been calculated on 15 reviews.

As you can read, its rating is really high, and it is based on a high number of feddbacks, so we can conclude that the valuation is very accurate. If many people have bothered to leave their feddback when they've done well, it works.

As you know, we do not usually bother to set feddbacks when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...

This Doctor is classified in the category of Pediatrician.

Every time we come here we are waiting 30-45 mins past our appt. I’ve said something and the squirly manager just ushers us to a room and we wait some more. I’m changing drs as soon as my daughter has her eye surgery.

This place has the most dumbest receptionist i could think of. I absolutely dread talking to one of them. It takes me the same amount of time checking out as i do in the room waiting and being looked at together. The women makes you repeat yourself over and over again and has no clue as to how to use the computers. Love my sons doctor but hate checking out.

Usually seen very quickly, doctors have always been great with our children. Only reason I took a star off is because I believe walk-in policies should be changed to cover pain as well (not just cold-like symptoms). I brought my son to the walk in hours in the morning because his knee was causing him so much pain that he couldn’t walk/put pressure on it, and we were told that we would have to make an appt to come back in the afternoon because walk ins only cover things like sore throats, coughs, etc. I think if a child is in pain they should be able to use the walk in hours just as much as a child with a cold can.

For the past ten years we have had the pleasure of bringing our children to this practice. They can always find a way to give us a same day sick appt. and they often ask what time is best for you? I rarely encounter this at other medical offices. There have been numerous occasions when this office has gone out of their way to ensure our children were cared for AND followed up on. I recall sitting in the office one evening past hours and waiting with a doctor until she was 100% sure a nebulizer would be brought to our home the same evening our son was diagnosed with bronchiolotis. It is unrealistic to think every time your child is sick you will see your primary provider. There will always be days and circumstances when things are not perfect and that is simply life. However, the TEAM at Capital Care are all in the loop. We thank you for all you have done to take care of our family these past ten years. Keep up the good work. The Trent Family

I have been with my daughter when she has to bring my Grandson there for his care. I like the way he is treated and spoken to.The nurses seem to good with Mason R.,and the Dr. Gaston takes the time to speak with Mason and my daughter Heather also so she can be a better and affective mom. So thank you for being such wonderful people there and keep the great job you are doing.

Amy Gough

Would not prescribe antibiotics for my son who had been sick for a month. Dr. Joyce was very rude during this visit and insisted that the only option would be to have him get a chest xray - a very extreme option for something that simply needed medicine. I do not recommend that anyone see her if they go to this practice.

Found this office for my first newborn daughter. So far they’ve been wonderful. Love that they offer so much support for breastfeeding. Dr. Glasgow has so much experience so I am more than comfortable following her advice and recommendations.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Capital Care Pediatrics. Everyone there is amazing!!!!!!!! They treat us like family, and always go out of there way to make each visit wonderful. From the receptionists, to the nurses, PA's, and doctors we couldn't be more happy. We have been going to Capital Care Pediatrics since our twins were born, and they are now three. We have never had a bad experience, and every time I leave I am so grateful we found such a fantastic practice. Well done to you all - you provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for kids, and parents alike. You are all top notch.
